Abstract

본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 변속기 에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축; 배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터; 상기 입력축 및 상기 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축; 및 상기 입력축으로 인가된 동력을 상기 출력축으로 연결하는 유성기어장치를 포함한다.

Description

하이브리드 차량용 변속기 {Transmission for hybrid vehicle}
본 발명은 하이브리드 차량용 변속기 에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 변속기 내부에 유성기어를 배치하여 유성기어를 모터와 연결하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 하이브리드 차량은 석유 연료를 사용하는 엔진과 배터리를 동력원으로 사용하는 모터를 함께 장착하여 연비를 높이고 배기 가스를 절감시켜 환경을 보호하기 위한 차량이다.
이러한 종래 하이브리드 차량은 동력을 발생시키는 엔진과; 모터, 엔진 클러치, 차동 기어 등이 내장되어 변속을 하기 위한 변속기와; 변속기와 연결된 휠로 구성된다.
엔진 클러치는 엔진과 접합 또는 해제되고, 이 때 엔진은 벨트로 하이브리드 시동 모터 및 발전기 (Hybrid Starter & Generator, 이하 HSG라고 함, H')와 연결되어 하이브리드 모드(HEV) 모드시 HSG에 의해 재가동된다.
모터는 변속기의 내부에 내장되어, 차량 구동시 엔진의 동력을 보조하며, 회생 제동시 배터리를 충전시키는 역할을 한다. 이 때, 모터의 일측에는 엔진 클러치가 엔진의 구동축과 동일축상에 연결되고, 타측에는 기계식 오일 펌프가 연결되어 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, DCT에 모터를 추가할 때 전장 길이 증가를 최대한 억제하는 것이다.
둘째, 변속기에서 후진단의 카운터 축을 삭제하여 원가절감 및 경량화하는 것이다.
본 발명의 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상기 과제를 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축; 배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터; 상기 입력축 및 상기 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축; 및 상기 입력축으로 인가된 동력을 상기 출력축으로 연결하는 유성기어장치를 포함한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축; 배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터; 상기 입력축 및 상기 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축; 및 상기 입력축의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 상기 출력축을 회전시키는 유성기어장치를 포함한다.
기타 실시 예들의 구체적인 사항들은 상세한 설명 및 도면들에 포함되어 있다.
본 발명에 의하면 다음과 같은 효과가 있다.
첫째, 모터를 변속기 입력축에 연결하여 길이 증가 없이 후진기어단 카운터축을 삭제할 수 있다.
둘째, 모터가 유성기어비를 가지고 변속기 입력축에 연결되므로, 모터토크 증대효과를 가져와 EV 발진 토크가 향상된다.
셋째, 기존의 변속기에서 변경부분을 최소화 하여 HEV에 탑재 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 효과들은 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 청구범위의 기재로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
도1은 유성기어장치의 평면도이다.
도2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기의 구성도이다.
본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시 예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다.
그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시 예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며, 단지 본 실시 예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하고, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다. 명세서 전체에 걸쳐 동일 참조 부호는 동일 구성 요소를 지칭한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시 예들에 의하여 하이브리드 차량용 변속기 를 설명하기 위한 도면들을 참고하여 본 발명에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도1은 유성기어장치(30)의 평면도이다. 도2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기의 구성도이다.
도 1내지 도2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 엔진(80)으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축(10); 배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터(40); 입력축(10) 및 모터(40)로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축(20); 및 입력축(10)으로 인가된 동력을 출력축(20)으로 연결하는 유성기어장치(30)를 포함한다. 유성기어장치(30)는 변속기의 입력축(10)과 연결된 선기어를 포함한다.
입력축(10)은, 짝수단 기어에 동력을 전달하는 제1입력축(11); 및 홀수단 기어에 동력을 전달하는 제2입력축(12)을 포함하고, 선기어는 제1입력축(11)에 연결된다. 출력축(20)은 복수로 구비되며 제1출력축(21)과 제2출력축(22)를 포함한다.
유성기어장치(30)는, 선기어와 치합하는 유성기어(33); 및 유성기어(33)를 회전 가능하게 고정하고 변속기 케이스에 고정된 캐리어(35)를 포함한다. 유성기어장치(30)는, 모터(40)의 로터와 연결되는 링기어(37)를 포함한다.
링기어(37)는, 후진단 입력기어(50)와 연결된다. 후진단 입력기어(50)는 입력축(10)과 무관하게 회전하도록 중공축(60)을 형성한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 후진단 입력기어(50)와 기어로 연결된 후진단 출력기어(70)를 더 포함한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 후진단 출력기어(70)와 출력축(20)을 선택적으로 연결시키는 도그클러치를 더 포함한다.
유성기어장치(30)는 모터(40)와 연결된다. 유성기어장치(30)의 썬기어(31)(S)는 입력축(10)에 연결되며, 입력축(10)은 홀수기어(1단, 3단, 5단, 7단)에 동력을 공급하는 제1입력축(11)과 짝수기어(2단, 4단, 6단, 후진단)에 동력을 공급하는 제2입력축(12)을 포함한다. 여기어 썬기어(31)(S)는 제1입력축(11)과 연결된다.
캐리어(35)는 변속기 케이스에 고정된다. 링기어(37)는 모터(40)의 로터와, 후진단 입력기어(50)와 연결된다.
후진단 입력기어(50)는 중공축(60)으로 변속기 입력축(10)과 무관하게 회전한다. 후진단 입력기어(50)는 후진단 출력기어(70)와 기어로 연결된다. 후진단 출력기어(70)는 출력축(20)에 도그클러치로 선택적으로 연결된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 하이브리드 차량용 변속기는, 엔진(80)으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축(10); 배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터(40); 입력축(10) 및 모터(40)로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축(20); 및 입력축(10)의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 출력축(20)을 회전시키는 유성기어장치(30)를 포함한다.
상기와 같은 구조에 의해 엔진(80)의 동력은 유성기어(33)를 통해 출력축(20)으로 전달되고, 회전 방향이 변경되므로 후진이 구현된다. 모터(40)는 유성기어(33)를 통해 변속기 입력축(10)에 연결되므로 기존의 더블클러치 하이브리드와 동일하게 작동한다. 따라서, 모터(40)를 변속기 입력축(10)에 연결하면서 별도의 모터(40)이외의 전장길이 증가 없이 후진단 카운터축을 삭제할 수 있다.
종래의 모터(40)와 변속기 입력축(10)이 직결되는 구조는 모터(40)와 엔진(80)의 RPM이 동일하여, 엔진(80)에 비해 고RPM을 사용하는 것이 유리한 모터(40)의 특성과 맞질 않는다. 그러나, 본 구조는 모터(40)가 유성기어(33)비를 통해 입력축(10)과 연결되므로, 모터(40)의 RPM을 엔진(80)에 비해 높일 수 있고, 모터(40)토크 증대효과를 가져와 발진등의 상황에서 성능 향상이 된다. 또한, 기존의 변속기에서 변경부분을 최소화 하여 하이브리드 차량에 탑재 할 수 있다.
이상에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 상술한 특정의 실시 예에 한정되지 아니하며, 특허청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 이러한 변형실시들은 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 전망으로부터 개별적으로 이해되어서는 안 될 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축;
    배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터;
    상기 입력축 및 상기 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축; 및
    상기 입력축으로 인가된 동력을 상기 출력축으로 연결하는 유성기어장치를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유성기어장치는,
    변속기의 입력축과 연결된 선기어를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 입력축은,
    짝수단 기어에 동력을 전달하는 제1입력축; 및
    홀수단 기어에 동력을 전달하는 제2입력축을 포함하고,
    상기 선기어는 상기 제1입력축에 연결된 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 유성기어장치는,
    상기 선기어와 치합하는 유성기어; 및
    상기 유성기어를 회전 가능하게 고정하고 변속기 케이스에 고정된 캐리어를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  5. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 유성기어장치는,
    상기 모터의 로터와 연결되는 링기어를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 링기어는,
    후진단 입력기어와 연결된 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 후진단 입력기어는,
    상기 입력축과 무관하게 회전하도록 중공축을 형성하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  8. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 후진단 입력기어와 기어로 연결된 후진단 출력기어를 더 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서,
    상기 후진단 출력기어와 상기 출력축을 선택적으로 연결시키는 도그클러치를 더 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
  10. 엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축;
    배터리로부터 동력을 전달받아 동력을 발생하고, 회생을 통해 동력을 생성하는 모터;
    상기 입력축 및 상기 모터로부터 동력을 전달받는 출력축; 및
    상기 입력축의 회전방향과 반대방향으로 상기 출력축을 회전시키는 유성기어장치를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량용 변속기
