Description
도 2는 상기 실시형태에 따른 스테이터 코어의 전체형상의 사시도이다.
도 3은 상기 실시형태에 따른 스테이터 코어에 있어서의 제1 코어 시트의 정면도이다.
도 4는 상기 실시형태에 따른 스테이터 코어에 있어서의 제2 코어 시트의 정면도이다.
도 5는 상기 실시형태에 따른 스테이터 코어에 있어서의 다른 제2 코어 시트의 정면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 외방을 향하여 방사선상으로 돌출된 복수의 티스 및 이들 복수의 티스를 연결하는 티스 연결부를 갖는 제1 코어 시트와,
외방을 향하여 방사선상으로 돌출된 복수의 티스 및 이들 복수의 티스 사이에 형성된 슬롯 개구부를 갖는 적어도 2종류의 제2 코어 시트를 구비하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 코어 시트는, 적층되어 스택 구조를 형성하고 있고,
동일한 종류의 상기 제2 코어 시트에서는, 상기 슬롯 개구부의 개구 각도가 동일하고, 또한, 원주 방향을 따라 상기 슬롯 개구부가 균등하게 배분되어 있는 스테이터 코어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2코어 시트에서는, 종류마다 상기 슬롯 개구부의 개구 각도가 서로 다른 스테이터 코어.
- 제1항에 기재된 스테이터 코어 및 복수의 코일을 갖는 스테이터와,
상기 스테이터와 간극을 두고 상기 스테이터에 수용됨과 함께, 샤프트의 주위에 고정되어, 복수의 영구 자석을 갖는 로터를 구비하고 있는 영구 자석형 모터.
- 제2항에 기재된 스테이터 코어 및 복수의 코일을 갖는 스테이터와,
상기 스테이터와 간극을 두고 상기 스테이터에 수용됨과 함께, 샤프트의 주위에 고정되어, 복수의 영구 자석을 갖는 로터를 구비하고 있는 영구 자석형 모터.
