Claims (3)
- 제1 부재와 제2 부재 사이에서 소정의 회전수비로 회전수를 변환해서 구동력을 전달하는 기어 장치이며,
편심부와,
상기 편심부가 삽입되는 삽입 관통 구멍을 가짐과 함께 치부를 갖는 요동 기어와,
상기 제1 부재 및 상기 제2 부재의 한쪽에 설치 가능하게 구성되는 제1 통부와,
상기 제1 부재 및 상기 제2 부재의 다른 쪽에 설치 가능하게 구성되는 제2 통부를 구비하고,
상기 제1 통부는, 상기 요동 기어의 재질보다도 선팽창 계수가 큰 재질로 구성되고,
상기 제1 통부는, 상기 요동 기어의 상기 치부와 맞물리는 내기어를 갖고 있고,
상기 제2 통부는, 상기 요동 기어를 보유 지지한 상태에서 상기 제1 통부의 직경 방향 내측에 배치되고,
상기 제1 통부와 상기 제2 통부는, 상기 편심부의 회전에 수반하는 상기 요동 기어의 요동에 의해 동심 형상으로 서로 상대적으로 회전 가능한, 편심 요동형 기어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 통부는, 알루미늄 합금제이며, 상기 요동 기어는, 철계 재료로 구성되어 있는, 편심 요동형 기어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 통부는, 탄소 함유량이 0.2% 이하의 철계 재료이며, 상기 요동 기어는, 탄소 함유량이 0.7 내지 1.0%의 철계 재료로 구성되어 있는, 편심 요동형 기어 장치.
