Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 저전압 배터리 충전시간 확보, 충전시간 확보시 액티브 제어, 또한 과전류 충전 제한 로직을 통해 전기 자동차의 일충전 주행거리를 증대시킬 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 LDC 전압에 따른 전기 자동차 일충전 주행거리 증가량을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 저전압 배터리의 최저 충전 시간 확보 로직을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4a는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 LDC 액티브 제어를 보여주는 표이다.
도 4b는 도 4a에 따른 LDC 액티브 제어를 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고전압 배터리 충전시 과충전 보호 로직을 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (6)
- 고전압 배터리와 저전압 배터리 사이에 장착되어, 양방향으로 전압을 감압 또는 승압시키는 LDC(Low DC/DC Converter) 및 상기 LDC를 제어하는 차량 제어기를 갖는 전기 자동차에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 완속 충전시간이 제 1 완속 충전 기준 시간 미만이면 상기 저전압 배터리의 최저 충전시간 확보를 위해 LDC 액티브 제어 모드에 진입하지 않게 상기 LDC를 제어하고,
상기 완속 충전시간이 상기 제 1 완속 충전 기준 시간 이상이면 상기 LDC 액티브 제어 모드에 진입하여 상기 LDC 액티브 제어 모드에 따라 상기 LDC를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 LDC 액티브 모드는,
주행 정보에 기초하여 전압 테이블에 따른 LDC 출력 전압으로 상기 저전압 배터리를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 주행 정보는 감속, P단 정차, 정속, 가속, 고전장부하의 온/오프 상태 중 어느 하나이며, 상기 전압 테이블은 전압 A 테이블, 전압 B 테이블 및 전압 C 테이블 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 상기 저전압 배터리의 초기 일정 시간 충전후 LDC 출력 전압을 낮추어 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 LDC 액티브 제어 모드에 진입하지 않으면, 상기 LDC는 고전장부하 사용시와 고전장부하 미사용시로 나누어 서로 다른 LDC 출력 전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는 상기 저전압 배터리가 높은 전류로 충전되면, 고전장부하와 LDC 출력 전류를 비교하여 상기 LDC 출력 전압을 제어하여 상기 LDC 출력 전류를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차 LDC 액티브 제어 시스템.
