Abstract
본 발명에서 개발된 영가철 기반 수처리 공정 및 장치는 영가철과 분리막 조합에 적니를 이용하여 영가철의 환원력과 지속력을 증진시킬 수 있으며, 부산물로 생성된 암모늄 이온을 차아염소산나트륨을 이용하여 저감할 수 있다. 또한, 후단 분리막에 의해 미생물을 제거할 수 있어서 소독의 과정을 간략화 또는 생략할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 수처리 장치의 개략적인 구성도이다.
도 3은 이산화탄소 주입 유무에 따른 영가철의 질산성질소 제거경향을 나타낸 그래프이다(영가철 주입량: 10 g/L, 초기 질산성질소 농도: 185 mg/L, pH: 이산화탄소 주입시: 4.5, 미주입시: 6.4, 접촉시간: 124시간, 온도: 25±2℃, 반응기 크기: 2 L).
도 4는 이산화탄소 주입 유/무에 따른 암모늄 이온 발생 경향을 나타낸 그래프이다(영가철 주입량: 10 g/L, 초기 질산성질소 농도: 185 mg/L, pH: 이산화탄소 주입시: 4.5, 미주입시: 6.4, 접촉시간: 124시간, 온도: 25±2℃, 반응기 크기: 2 L).
도 5는 영가철기반 수처리 공정의 질산성질소 제거효율 및 암모늄 이온 발생경향을 나타낸 그래프이다(영가철 주입량: 47 g/L, 영가철 반응조 크기: 8.5 L, 온도: 25±2℃, 초기 질산성질소 농도: 60 mg/L, 영가철 반응조 pH: 5.5, 처리수 pH: 7.4).
도 6은 영가철 기반 수처리 공정의 영가철 반응조와 최종처리수의 용존 2가 철 농도를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (27)
- 영가철을 이용하여 질산성질소를 제거하는 탈질단계; 및
분리막을 이용하여 여과하는 여과단계를 포함하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탈질단계에서 영가철은 2가철로 산화되고, 질산성질소는 암모늄 이온 또는 질소로 환원되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
영가철의 투입량은 처리 대상수 1 L에 대하여 10 내지 50 g인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탈질단계에서 pH 6 이하를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제4항에 있어서,
탈질단계에서 이산화탄소를 주입하여 pH 6 이하를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탈질단계에서 적니를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,
적니는 그린 러스트(green rust)가 형성될 수 있는 표면을 제공하기 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,
적니는 산으로 전처리된 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,
적니의 투입량은 처리 대상수 1 L에 대하여 10 내지 25 g인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탈질단계에서 용존산소는 0.5 mg/L 이하로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
탈질단계 이후 공기를 주입하는 포기단계를 추가로 포함하는 수처리 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서,
포기단계에서 2가 철은 3가 철로 산화되고, 3가 철은 철수산화물을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서,
포기단계에서 차아염소산나트륨을 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서,
차아염소산나트륨은 2가 철의 산화속도를 증진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서,
차아염소산나트륨은 암모니아성 질소와 반응하여 암모니아성 질소를 저감시킴과 동시에, 클로라민을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제13항에 있어서,
차아염소산나트륨의 투입량은 처리 대상수 내의 1.0 mole의 암모늄 이온 농도에 대하여 1.5 내지 2.0 mole인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제11항에 있어서,
포기단계 이후 응집단계를 추가로 포함하는 수처리 공정.
- 제17항에 있어서,
응집단계에서 영가철의 산화반응에 의해 생성된 철산화물 또는 수산화물을 이용하여 이온, 유기물, 무기물 및 중금속을 응집시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,
여과단계에서 응집된 화합물, 탁도 및 미생물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 공정.
- 영가철에 의한 질산성질소의 환원반응이 일어나는 영가철 반응조;
공기 주입에 의한 포기공정이 수행되는 포기조;
응집물의 침전이 이루어지는 침전조; 및
분리막에 의한 여과공정이 수행되는 분리막조를 포함하는 수처리 장치.

영가철 반응조는 이산화탄소 주입 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,
영가철 반응조는 용존 산소 제어기 및 측정기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,
포기조는 공기주입노즐 및 펌프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,
분리막은 침지형 분리막인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.

분리막은 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아크릴로나이트릴, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.

분리막은 친수성 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리 장치.
