CONSTITUTION: Collagen functional makkoli is prepared by a mixing fermentation method according to a method for manufacturing traditional liquor and a low temperature fermentation method of an anticancer plant and animal collagen. A method for manufacturing functional liquor comprises the steps of: fermenting anticancer ingredients extracted from an anticancer plant and collagen extracted from animals; and adding traditional liquor.
