Abstract
이를 위해, 본 발명은 중공 주름 구조의 프리폼을 성형하는 주름압출성형부와; 프리폼 위에 3차원 직조물을 직조하는 브레이딩부와; 3차원 직조물에 열경화성 수지를 함침시킨 후 경화시키는 인발성형부; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치 및 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 중공 주름형 구조의 프리폼을 성형하는 주름압출성형부(10)와;
프리폼 위에 3차원 직조물을 직조하는 브레이딩부(20)와;
3차원 직조물에 열경화성 수지를 함침시킨 후 경화시키는 인발성형부(30);
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 주름압출성형부(10)는:
열가소성 고분자 재료의 이송 및 교반수단인 스크류(11)와;
열가소성 고분자 재료를 주름형태의 프리폼(15) 구조로 성형하는 회전형 금형 블록(14)을 포함하는 압출기(13);
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 브레이딩부(20)는:
프리폼(15)이 통과하는 홀이 형성된 테이블(21);
테이블(21)의 홀 주변에 장착되어 강도 보강재용 원사(23)를 풀림 가능하게 권취하고 있는 다수개의 캐리어(22);
로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 인발성형부(30)는:
3차원 직조물(24)에 열경화성 수지를 함침시키는 저온 함침조(31);
3차원 직조물(24)에 함침된 열경화성 수지를 가열하여 가교시키는 연속 공정 오븐(32);
으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 인발성형부(30)는 연속 공정 오븐(32)에 의해 경화된 제품을 적절한 길이로 절단하는 절단기(33)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
제품을 일정한 속도로 이송시킬 수 있는 당김 및 회전장치(27,34)가 브레이딩부(20)의 말단부 및 인발성형부(30)의 연속 공정 오븐(32)과 절단기(33) 사이에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 장치.
- 열가소성 고분자 재료를 압출기(13)의 회전형 금형 블록(14)를 이용하여 주름형태의 프리폼(15)으로 성형 제조하는 단계와;
상기 프리폼(15)의 외경면에 다수개의 원사가 직조된 3차원 직조물(24)을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 3차원 직조물(24)에 열경화성 수지를 함침시킨 후, 경화시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 프리폼을 위한 열가소성 수지는 열가소성 탄성체(thermoplastic elastomer), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), PVC(polyvinylchloride), PET(polyethyleneterephthalte)중 선택된 하나를 사용하고, 상기 열경화성 수지는 에폭시 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르, 비닐에스테르 수지중 선택된 하나를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 3차원 직조물(24)의 원사는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 그래파이트 섬유 중 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 경화시키는 단계 후의 제품을 절단기(33)에서 적절한 길이로 절단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 10에 따른 장치 및 방법에 의하여 내층 및 외층으로된 2중 단면 구조이면서 중공형 주름 형태로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 내층은 열가소성 수지로 된 프리폼(15)으로 형성되고, 상기 외층은 프리폼(15)의 외표면에 3차원 직조물(24)이 형성되는 동시에 3차원 직조물(24)에 열경화성 수지가 함침된 형태로 제작된 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동차 서스펜션용 주름형 플라스틱 복합재 스프링.
