Claims (20)
- 가용성 부재(10)의 용해에 의해 전기 회로의 분리를 실행시키는 써멀 링크(100, 200, 300)로서,
상기 써멀 링크는 적어도 2개의 전기적으로 전도성인 단자들(11, 12) 및 하나의 가용성 부재(10)를 갖고,
상기 써멀 링크는 캡슐화부(encapsulation) 또는 케이싱부(encasement)(18)를 가지며, 상기 써멀 링크, 즉, 그의 계층 구조는 상기 단자들(11, 12)과 상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18) 사이에 적어도 하나의 코팅부(coating)(23)를 갖고, 상기 써멀 링크는 적어도 특정 영역들에서 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18)에 의해 둘러싸이며, 상기 가용성 부재(10)는 상기 써멀 링크 내에 캡슐화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가용성 부재(10)는 상기 단자들(11, 12) 및 상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18)와 직접 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18)는 상기 가용성 부재(10)를 향하는 내면 상에 래커(lacquer)의 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 써멀 링크는 플럭스(flux)(16)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가용성 부재(10)는 상기 2개의 단자들(11, 12) 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자들(11, 12)과 상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18) 사이의 상기 코팅부(23)는 주석, 인듐, 비스무트, 또는 주석, 인듐, 또는 비스무트의 합금이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자들(11, 12)과 상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18) 사이의 상기 코팅부(23)는 1㎛ 내지 50㎛, 바람직하게는 5㎛ 내지 20㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 5 항 내지 제 11 항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자들(11, 12)과 상기 캡슐화부 또는 케이싱부(18) 사이의 상기 코팅부(23)는 니켈 언더코팅(undercoat)을 가지며, 상기 니켈 언더코팅은 니켈, 또는 니켈 함유 합금의 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 니켈 언더코팅은 1㎛ 내지 50㎛, 바람직하게는 5㎛ 내지 15㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가용성 부재(10)는 저용해점(low melting point) 금속, 저용해점 금속 함유 합금, 또는 리드 솔더(lead solder)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가용성 부재(10)는 주석-은 합금으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자들(11, 12)은 캡(cap)의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 적어도 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단자들(11, 12)은 직육면체의 형상 또는 직육면체의 형상과 유사한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 써멀 링크는 적어도 하나의 전기적으로 비-전도성의 바디(body)(13)를 갖고, 상기 적어도 하나의 전기적으로 비-전도성의 바디(13)는 상기 단자들(11, 12)을 지지하도록 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 전기적으로 비-전도성의 바디(13)는 세라믹, 글라스, 플라스틱, 또는 다른 유기 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 가용성 부재(10)는 링(ring)의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도체(14, 15)는 상기 단자들(11, 12)의 각각에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 적어도 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 전기 전도체(14, 15)는 와이어의 형상, 또는 와이어의 형상과 유사한 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 써멀 링크. - 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 써멀 링크는 래커 피복(covering) 또는 래커 케이싱부를 갖는 써멀 링크. - 특히 차량들에서, 태양 전지들, 고에너지 전지들, 보조 난방 시스템들, 전기 부하들을 보호하기 위해 및 또한 과도 온도로부터의 보호 및 방화(fire protection)를 위한 써멀 링크로서 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 적어도 한 항에 따른 써멀 링크의 애플리케이션.
