도 2는 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 페로 망간의 탈린 부산물 회수 방법에 의해 회수된 부산물의 XRD 분석 결과를 보여주는 그래프.

Claims (11)
- 슬래그를 용매에 침지시켜 상기 슬래그 중에 함유된 Ba을 용출시키는 과정과;
상기 Ba이 용출된 용액과 잔류물을 분리하는 과정과;
상기 용액을 CO2 함유하는 공기 또는 CO2 가스 분위기 하에서 증발시켜, 상기 용액 중의 Ba와 CO2를 반응시켜 BaCO3을 생성하는 과정; 및
상기 BaCO3을 회수하는 과정;
를 포함하는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 슬래그는 Ba을 포함하는 탈린제를 이용하여 페로 망간을 탈린하는 과정에서 생성된 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 슬래그를 용매에 침지시키기 이전에 상기 슬래그를 파쇄하는 과정을 포함하는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용매는 물인 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Ba을 용출시키는 과정은 1시간 내지 168시간 동안 수행되는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Ba을 용출시키는 과정에서 상기 용매에 침지된 슬래그를 교반하는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 BaCO3은,
상기 용액이 증발되면서 석출된 Ba(OH)2와 CO2가 반응하여 생성되는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 CO2 가스는 산업용 CO2 또는 제철공정에서 발생된 CO2인 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용액은 70℃ 내지 350℃의 온도에서 증발되는 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 슬래그 중에 함유된 Ba의 회수율은 20% 내지 100%인 부산물 회수방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용액 중에 함유된 Ba의 회수율은 98% 이상인 부산물 회수방법.
