- (S1) 물유리 용액을 알코올/물의 혼합 용액 중에서 겔화 반응시켜 습윤겔을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 비극성 유기용매, 유기실란화합물 및 알코올을 사용하여 상기 습윤겔의 표면을 소수성 개질하는 단계;
(S3) 소수성으로 개질된 실리카 소수겔 및 소수성 고분자를 비양성자성 유기용매에 용해시켜 전기 방사 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(S4) 상기 전기 방사 용액을 전기방사하여 고분자 및 실리카 에어로겔을 포함하는 섬유웹 형태의 시트를 제조하는 단계
를 포함하는 고분자/실리카 에어로겔을 포함하는 시트의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S1 단계의 알코올/물의 혼합 용액에 산성 용액을 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 산성 용액은 염산, 황산, 질산 및 아세트산으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S1 단계 및 S2 단계에서 사용되는 알코올은 독립적으로 에탄올, 메탄올, 프로판올, 부탄올 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S2 단계의 비극성 유기용매는 헥산, 헵탄, 자일렌, 톨루엔 및 사이클로헥산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 탄화수소 용매인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S2 단계의 유기실란 화합물은 트리메틸클로로실란, 헥사메틸디실라잔, 메틸트리메톡시실란, 트리메틸에톡시실란, 에틸트리에톡시실란 및 페닐트리에톡시실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S3 단계의 고분자는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드 또는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S3 단계의 비양성자성 용매는 N,N-디메틸포름아마이드, N-메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸아세트아미드, 디메틸설폭시드 및 아세토나이트릴로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S3 단계 소수겔은 고분자 질량 기준으로 30?400%의 질량으로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S1 단계에서, 알코올은 물유리 용액 대비 0.33?1의 부피비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S4 단계에서, 방사 노즐과 집전체 사이의 거리를 10?20 ㎝로 고정하고, 전압은 10?60 kV로 하고, 공급 속도는 시간당 0.5?100 ㎖로 조절하여 전기방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S4 단계에서 제조된 섬유웹 형태의 시트는 섬유 표면에 비드 형태를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S4 단계는, 전기 방사하여 제조한 섬유웹 형태의 시트를 대기 중 용매의 끓는점 내지 300℃의 온도에서 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 S4 단계 이후 300 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 추가 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 고분자 및 실리카 에어로겔이 섬유 형태로 혼재되어 있는 시트.
- 제15항에 있어서,
상기 섬유의 직경이 1 마이크론 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 고분자는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드 또는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트. - 제15항에 있어서,
고분자 및 실리카 에어로겔이 혼재된 비드 형태를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트. - 제18항에 있어서,
상기 비드는 섬유 표면에 부착되어 있는 구조로 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
