압출성형기를 통해 압출 성형되는 황토벽돌 본체 상면으로 유색흙을 공급하는 단계와;
구동모터(402)에 의해 회전하는 연마팁(401)으로 유색흙이 공급된 황토벽돌 본체 상면을 가압하여 상기 유색흙을 황토벽돌 본체 상면에 부착하는 단계와;
유색흙이 부착된 황토벽돌 본체의 상면에 압축공기를 분사하여 부착 후 남은 잔존물을 제거하는 단계와;
상기 잔존물이 제거된 황토벽돌의 표면을 수분을 함유한 수분포(6)로 압력을 가하여 표면을 부드럽게 처리하는 단계로 구성되는 다양한 색상의 황토벽돌 제조를 위한 표면 성형 방법.
