Claims (14)
- 복수 개의 전지 셀들을 구비한 코어팩;상기 코어팩을 감싸는 가요성 소재의 방열방수용 케이스; 및상기 코어팩에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 방열방수용 케이스의 외부로 인출된 배선;을 구비하고,상기 방열방수용 케이스에서 상기 배선이 인출되는 부분에는 외부의 수분의 침투를 방지하는 방수구조가 형성된, 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코어팩은 상기 전지 셀들이 수용되는 복수 개의 셀 공간들을 갖는 홀더 케이스를 구비하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 코어팩은 상기 셀 공간에서 외측으로 노출된 상기 전지 셀들의 단자들을 연결하는 리드플레이트를 구비하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열방수용 케이스는, 폴리아미드, 세라믹스계 섬유, 셀룰로오스계 섬유, 직포, 및 부직포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 섬유 소재를 포함하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리에틸렌 이미드(PE), 폴리에텔린 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌(poly tetra fluoro ethylene), 및 팽창 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌(expanded poly tetra fluoro ethylene)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 소재가 상기 섬유 소재에 결합된, 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열방수용 케이스는, 폴리이미드(polyimide), 폴리에틸렌 이미드(PE), 폴리에텔린 테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌(poly tetra fluoro ethylene), 및 팽창 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌(expanded poly tetra fluoro ethylene)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 소재를 포함하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방수구조는 상기 방열방수용 케이스가 상기 코어팩을 수용하도록 일측에 개구부를 갖는 수용부와 상기 개구부를 덮는 커버를 구비하고, 상기 수용부와 상기 커버의 접합 부분을 통해 상기 배선이 외부로 인출됨으로써 이루어지는, 배터리 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 수용부와 상기 커버의 사이에는 상기 수용부와 상기 커버와 상기 배선을 접합하는 접착부가 배치되는, 배터리 팩.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 접착부는 양면 테이프나 방수성 접착제의 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 배선의 외측에는 실리콘이 도포되는, 배터리 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 방수구조는 상기 배선의 외측에 충전되어 상기 배선을 둘러싸는 충전부를 더 구비하고, 상기 수용부와 상기 커버의 사이에 상기 충전부가 배치됨으로써 상기 배선이 외부로 인출되는, 배터리 팩.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 수용부와 상기 커버의 사이에는 상기 수용부와 상기 커버와 상기 충전부를 접합하는 접착부가 배치되는, 배터리 팩.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 접착부는 양면 테이프나 방수용 접착제의 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 배터리 팩.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 수용부와 상기 커버는 열을 가하여 접합하는 열융착법이나 초음파를 가하여 접합하는 초음파 융착법에 의해 접합되는, 배터리 팩.
