Description
Claims (5)
- 프리 스트레이너에 의해 직선형태로 풀어진 코일 스프링 재료를 표면처리 장치로 공급하여 외부면에 숏 블라스팅 또는 스카핑 처리를 하는 표면 처리 단계;상기 표면 처리된 코일 스프링 재료를 제 1 히팅 장치로 공급하여 일정 온도까지 가열시키는 1차 재료 가열단계;상기 1차 가열된 코일 스프링 재료를 다수개의 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀의 상, 하부 압연롤러 사이로 순차적으로 공급하여, 코일 스프링 재료의 직경을 제조될 코일 스프링의 재료경과 일치하도록 순차적으로 가압하여 감소시키는 단면축소 압연단계;상기 재료경이 감소된 코일 스프링 재료의 직경을 직경 측정장치에 의해 측정한 후 길이 측정장치에 의해 길이를 측정한 다음, 절단장치를 사용하여 상기 코일 스프링 재료를 필요한 길이로 절단하는 재료 절단단계;상기 절단된 코일 스프링 재료를 제 2 히팅 장치로 공급하여 상기 단면축소 압연단계와 재료 절단단계를 거치면서 하강된 코일 스프링 재료의 온도를 보상하도록 일정온도까지 재 가열 하는 2차 재료 가열단계;상기 2차 가열된 코일 스프링 재료를 코일링기를 사용하여 코일 스프링 형태로 성형하는 스프링 성형 단계; 및상기 스프링 성형 단계에서 성형된 코일 스프링을 오일 담금질한 다음 뜨임처리 하는 열처리 단계;를 포함하여 구성된 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀을 이용한 코일 스프링 제조방법.
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀의 상부 압연롤러와 하부 압연롤러는 코일 스프링 재료가 투입되는 일측 끝단부에서부터 코일 스프링 재료가 배출되는 타측 끝단부 방향으로 갈수록 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 교차되는 각도가 점차적으로 증가되도록 X자 형태로 교차되어 상기 코일 스프링 재료를 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 회전시키면서 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀을 이용한 코일 스프링 제조방법.
- 청구항 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 압연롤러와 하부 압연롤러는 X자 형태로 교차되되, 상기 상부 압연롤러는 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 반시계 방향으로 비틀리도록 설치되고, 하부 압연롤러는 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 시계 방향으로 비틀리도록 설치되어 X자 형태로 교차됨으로써 상기 코일 스프링 재료를 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 시계 방향으로 회전시키면서 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀을 이용한 코일 스프링 제조방법.
- 청구항 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 상부 압연롤러와 하부 압연롤러는 X자 형태로 교차되되, 상기 상부 압연롤러는 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 시계 방향으로 비틀리도록 설치되고, 하부 압연롤러는 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 반시계 방향으로 비틀리도록 설치되어 X자 형태로 교차됨으로써 상기 코일 스프링 재료를 코일 스프링 재료의 중심축을 기준으로 반시계 방향으로 회전시키면서 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀을 이용한 코일 스프링 제조방법.
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 1차 재료 가열단계와 2차 재료 가열단계에서 코일 스프링 재료는 AC3 변태점 이상의 온도가 되도록 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헬리코이드 리덕션 밀을 이용한 코일 스프링 제조방법.
