Claims (4)
- 셀룰로오스 성분과 상기 셀룰로오스 성분을 용해시키는 캐스팅 용매로 이루어진 캐스팅 원액을 시이트의 형태로 압출하는 다이;상기 다이에서 압출된 시이트상의 캐스팅 원액을 이송하면서, 캐스팅 원액에 존재하는 용매를 증발시켜, 셀룰로오스 필름으로 제막하는 지지체;상기 지지체 상의 셀룰로오스 필름을 지지체 외부로 안내하여, 지지체로부터 박리시키는 박리 롤러; 및상기 지지체로부터 박리되는 셀룰로오스 필름의 지지체 방향의 면으로 공기를 공급하는 에어 노즐을 포함하는 셀룰로오스 필름 제조 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 성분은 트리아세틸셀룰로오스 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트프로피오닐레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 캐스팅 용매는 메틸렌클로라이드, 아세트산 메틸 및 메탄올로 이루어진 유기용매로부터 선택되는 것인, 셀룰로오스 필름 제조 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어 노즐로부터 공급되는 공기의 풍량은 20 내지 1500 m3/hr인 것인, 셀룰로오스 필름 제조 장치.
- 지지체의 표면에, 셀룰로오스 성분과 상기 셀룰로오스 성분을 용해시키는 캐스팅 용매로 이루어진 캐스팅 원액을 시이트의 형태로 압출하는 단계;상기 지지체를 이동시켜, 압출된 시이트상의 캐스팅 원액을 이송하면서, 캐스팅 원액에 존재하는 용매를 증발시켜, 셀룰로오스 필름으로 제막하는 단계; 및상기 지지체에서 제막된 셀룰로오스 필름을 지지체로부터 박리시키면서, 셀룰로오스 필름의 지지체 방향의 면으로 공기를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰로오스 필름 제조 방법.
