Claims (10)
- 전압이 인가됨에 따라 압전 효과에 의해 필름이 전후 진동하여 음압을 발생시키는 절연성 압전플라스틱 필름(10)과,상기 절연성 압전플라스틱 필름(10)의 양쪽 면에 음이온 계면활성제를 도펀트로 사용한 전도성 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)를 함유하는 코팅액을 이용하여 형성된 전도성고분자 막(20)과,상기 전도성고분자 막(20)의 양쪽 면의 가장자리 둘레로 형성된 전극(30)으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,절연성 압전플라스틱 필름(10)은 폴리불화비닐라덴(PVDF:Polyvinylidene fluoride) 재질임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,코팅액은 음이온 계면활성제를 도펀트로 사용한 전도성 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다 이옥시싸이오펜) 10 ~ 70wt%와, 용매 20 ~ 80wt%와, 접착성 바인더 2 ~ 10wt%의 혼합으로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1항 또는 청구항 3에 있어서,코팅액은 고전단 분산기(마이크로 플루다이저)의 15 ~ 600MPa의 압력 범위에서 분산이 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,음이온 계면활성제는 하기 화학식 2 내지 9 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.[화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7][화학식 8][화학식 9](상기 화학식 2 내지 9의 알킬 치환체 R은 탄소 4개 ~ 18개의 알킬, 이소알킬, 알콕시, 알콕시알킬, 알킬설퍼닐, 알콕시설퍼닐, 알킬실란, 알콕시실란 중 선 택되는 어느 1종인 것이고, 금속이온 M은 Li, Na, Mg, K, Ca 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 아민류로 중화된 화합물임)
- 청구항 3에 있어서,용매는 물, 메틸알코올, 에틸알코올, 이소프로필 알코올, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈(NMP), 에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 에틸 아세테이트, 1-메톡시-2-프로판올중에서 선택된 어느 1종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,접착성 바인더는 공중합체로 이루어진 불소-우레탄, 테트라플루오로에틸렌, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 트리플루오로에틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 우레탄-아크릴, 폴리에스터 중에서 선택된 어느 1종 이상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,전도성고분자 막(20)은 500 ~ 3000Ω 범위의 저항값을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,전극(30)은 실버 페이스트 또는 구리 페이스트 임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,전극(30)은 전도성고분자 막(20)의 가장자리의 둘레를 따라 연장되도록 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 음이온 계면 활성제를 이용한 수분산 폴리(3, 4-에틸렌다이옥시싸이오펜)용액을 사용한 압전 필름스피커.
