Claims (5)
- 평균직경 0.1∼10 ㎛의 극세사로 이루어지는 멜트블로운 부직포층; 및상기 멜트블로운 부직포층의 양 표면에 각각 적층되고 110∼150 ℃의 온도, 15∼25 N/㎜의 압력으로 열융착되어 표면이 필름화되는 장섬유 스판본드 부직포층을 포함하는 흡음성 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로운 부직포층 및 장섬유 스판본드 부직포층은 폴리올레핀 계열의 합성수지를 사용하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음성 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블로운 부직포층은 10∼500 g/㎡의 밀도를 지니도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음성 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장섬유 스판본드 부직포층은 평균직경 10∼30 ㎛의 폴리올레핀계 장섬유로 이루어지는 스판본드 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음성 부직포.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡음성 부직포는 50∼1000 g/㎡의 밀도를 지니도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음성 부직포.
