Claims (5)
- 내연기관용 라디에이터부(10)와 전장용 라디에이터부(11) 각각 냉각수의 독립 유동이 가능한 구조를 유지하면서 일체형으로 조합되고, 상기 내연기관용 라디에이터부(10) 및 전장용 라디에이터부(11)의 양쪽에 연결 설치되는 2개의 라디에이터 탱크(12a),(12b)는 내부가 배플(13)로 구획되는 동시에 각 라디에이터 탱크(12a),(12b)에는 내연기관용 냉각수 유입구(14) 및 전장용 냉각수 유입구(15)와 내연기관용 냉각수 배출구(16) 및 전장용 냉각수 배출구(17)가 설치되며, 상기 배플(13)에는 상부로 연장되는 일정높이의 튜브(18)가 설치되어 배플로 구획되어 있던 라디에이터 탱크 위아래 공간이 서로 연통됨으로써 아래쪽 공간에서 포집된 기포가 윗쪽 공간을 통해 제거될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수두차를 이용한 통합형 하이브리드 열교환기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 튜브(18)는 기포는 배출하나 액상 유체의 이동을 최소화함과 동시에 어느 한쪽 라디에이터부의 과도한 압력 상승시 바이패스 통로 역할을 수행하여 압력조절수단으로 이용될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 수두차를 이용한 통합형 하이브리드 열교환기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 튜브(18)는 배플(13)에 일체형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수두차를 이용한 통합형 하이브리드 열교환기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 튜브(18)는 배플(13)에 삽입식으로 조립 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수두차를 이용한 통합형 하이브리드 열교환기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 내연기관용 라디에이터부(10)와 전장용 라디에이터부(11)는 필요한 열용량에 따라 코어의 두께를 다르게 설정할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드용 가변 냉각 통합형 열교환기.
