Claims (4)
- 디스플레이 글라스의 파티클을 제거하기 위한 세정용 롤러 브러쉬의 샤프트에 있어서,CFRP 원단을 롤링공법으로 가압하여 중공의 파이프 형태로 제작된 몸체부(10)와; 상기 몸체부(10)의 양쪽에 각각 결합되는 스테인리스 재질의 지지부(20)와; 상기 몸체부(10) 외주면에 코팅되며, 유리섬유와 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지로 이루어진 코팅층(30);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 글라스 세정용 롤러 브러쉬의 샤프트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 몸체부(10)의 좌.우 말단에는 각각 고정공(11)이 형성되고, 지지부(20)에는 몸체부(10)의 양끝단의 내부에 빈공간없이 삽입될 수 있도록 삽입부(21)가 형성되며, 상기 삽입부(21)에는 몸체부(10)에 삽입시 고정공(11)과 대응되는 위치에 관통공(22)이 형성되고, 상기 몸체부(10)의 고정공(11)과 지지부(20)의 관통공(22)에는 동시에 끼울 수 있는 고정핀(15)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 글라스 세정용 롤러 브러쉬의 샤프트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 코팅층(30)은 유리섬유와 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수 지가 혼합된 시트지를 몸체부(10)의 외주면에 부착시킨 후 경화시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 글라스 세정용 롤러 브러쉬의 샤프트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 코팅층(30)은 액상의 에폭시 아크릴레이트 수지에 유리섬유가 혼합된 용액을 몸체부(10)의 외주면에 도포하고 경화시켜 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 글라스 세정용 롤러 브러쉬의 샤프트.
