Claims (6)
- 미세 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말, 감미제, 젤란검, 구연산삼나트륨, 젖산칼슘, 보존료, 식물성크림, 유화제 및 정제수를 포함하는 층분리가 방지되는 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말-함유 음료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 음료 조성물은 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 미세 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말 0.5-10 중량%, 감미제 1-20 중량%, 젤란검 0.005-0.3 중량%, 구연산삼나트륨 0.005-0.1 중량%, 젖산칼슘 0.001-0.3 중량%, 보존료 0.05-0.4 중량%, 식물성크림 0.25-1.5 중량%, 유화제 0.005-0.1 중량% 및 정제수 68-98 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말은 평균입도가 10-40 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감미제는 설탕, 포도당, 과당, 엿류, 당시럽류, 올리고당, 벌꿀, 당알콜, 팔라티노스 및 아가베시럽로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 젤란검은 고 아실화 형태의 젤란검인 것을 특징으로 하는 음료 조성물.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 층분리가 방지되는 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말-함유 음료 조성물의 제조방법:a) 젤란검을 감미제에 분산시키고 구연산삼나트륨을 첨가하여 열수에 수화시킨 다음 젖산칼슘을 첨가하여 용해시키는 단계;b) 보존료 및 유화제를 열수에 용해시키는 단계;c) 상기 단계 a) 및 b)의 결과물을 혼합하고 미세 인삼 또는 홍삼 분말 및 식물성 크림을 첨가하는 단계; 및d) 상기 단계 c)의 결과물을 가압 균질화하는 단계.
