Claims (4)
- 구아검 1-20중량%, 아라비아검 1-20중량%, 로커스트빈검 1-10중량%, 젤란검 1-10중량%, HLB 3 자당지방산에스테르 1-20중량%, HLB 7 자당지방산에스테르 1-20중량%, HLB 11 자당지방산에스테르 1-20중량%, HLB 15 자당지방산에스테르 1-20중량% 및 HLB 16 자당지방산에스테르 1-20중량%를 포함하는 분산안정제를 함유하고 있는 식물소재 분말음료.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산안정제는 전체 음료중량에 대하여 0.1~1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물소재 분말음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물소재는 홍삼, 인삼, 마 및 칡으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물소재 분말음료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물소재의 직경은 10~30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물소재 분말음료.
