Description
Claims (7)
- 액체 분사 장치에 액체를 공급하는 액체 공급 시스템에 있어서,상기 액체 분사 장치에 설치 가능한 액체 용기와,상기 액체 용기에 상기 액체를 보급하기 위한 액체 보급 장치와,상기 액체 용기와 상기 액체 보급 장치 사이를 접속하는 액체 유로 부재를 구비하고,상기 액체 용기는,제 1 면에 개구를 갖는 오목형상부와, 상기 액체 분사 장치에 액체를 공급하기 위한 액체 공급부를 갖는 용기 본체와,상기 오목형상부의 개구를 밀봉하는 것으로, 상기 액체 공급부의 상류측에 배치되는 챔버 및 내부 유로를, 상기 오목형상부의 내면과 함께 구획 형성하는 밀봉 필름을 구비하고,상기 액체 유로 부재는 상기 밀봉 필름에 마련된 구멍을 거쳐서 상기 챔버 및 내부 유로의 적어도 한쪽에 접속되어 있는액체 공급 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 용기는 상기 밀봉 필름을 덮는 커버 부재를 더 구비하고,상기 액체 유로 부재는 상기 커버 부재에 마련된 구멍을 관통하고 있는액체 공급 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 액체 유로 부재는 상기 커버 부재에 고정되어 있는액체 공급 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체 용기는 상기 내부 유로의 제 1 위치에 있어서의 상기 액체의 유무를 검출하기 위한 센서를 더 구비하고,상기 액체 유로 부재는, 상기 제 1 위치보다 상류측에 있어서, 상기 챔버 및 내부 유로중 적어도 한쪽에 접속되어 있는액체 공급 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액체 용기는, 상기 내부 유로의 제 2 위치에 배치되고, 상기 제 2 위치의 상류측과 하류측의 압력차를 조정하기 위한 밸브 본체를 더 구비하고,상기 액체 유로 부재는, 상기 제 2 위치보다 상류측에 있어서, 상기 챔버 및 내부 유로의 적어도 한쪽에 접속되어 있는액체 공급 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 필름과 상기 액체 유로 부재 사이를 액밀로 밀봉하는 밀봉 부재를 더 구비하는액체 공급 시스템.
- 액체 분사 장치에 액체를 공급하는 액체 공급 시스템의 제조 방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 액체 분사 장치에 설치 가능한 액체 용기를 준비하는 공정과,(b) 상기 액체 용기에 상기 액체를 보급하기 위한 액체 보급 장치를 준비하는 공정과,(c) 상기 액체 용기와 상기 액체 보급 장치 사이를 액체 유로 부재로 접속하는 공정을 포함하며,상기 액체 용기는,제 1 면에 개구를 갖는 오목형상부와, 상기 액체 분사 장치에 액체를 공급하기 위한 액체 공급부를 갖는 용기 본체와,상기 오목형상부의 개구를 밀봉하는 것으로, 상기 액체 공급부의 상류측에 배치되는 챔버 및 내부 유로를, 상기 오목형상부의 내면과 함께 구획 형성하는 밀봉 필름을 구비하고,상기 공정 (c)는,(i) 상기 밀봉 필름에 구멍을 마련하는 공정과,(ii) 상기 액체 유로 부재를, 상기 밀봉 필름에 마련된 구멍을 거쳐서 상기 챔버 및 내부 유로중 적어도 한쪽에 접속하는 공정을 포함하는액체 공급 시스템의 제조 방법.
