Claims (11)
- 전기 도체 2개를 1조로 하여 차동 전송하는 신호선쌍으로 하고, 상기 신호선쌍을 플랫 형상으로 복수 배열하여, 절연 수지를 압출해서 피복한 고속 차동 전송 케이블에 있어서,복수개의 단심선 또는 연선으로 이루어지는 전기 도체를 소정의 간격으로 평행 일렬로 열거하여 절연 수지로 이루어지는 절연체에 의해 일체로 피복하고, 상기 절연체의 외주를 금속박 테이프를 세로로 부착하여 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속박 테이프의 외주를 절연 수지로 이루어지는 외피로 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수조의 각 신호선쌍 사이에, 그라운드선이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속박 테이프에 드레인선이 전기적으로 접촉해서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 전기 도체의 간격은 0.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연체와 상기 금속박 테이프가 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,접착제가 고강판의 모양으로 상기 절연체 또는 상기 금속박 테이프에 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 금속박 테이프는 상기 절연체에 1.5겹 이상 권취되어 있는 것을 특징으 로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 외피는 폴리우레탄 수지와 에틸렌 초산 비닐 공중합 수지의 혼합 수지로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연체에 카본 블랙이 0.4중량% 내지 0.6중량% 첨가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,적어도 1개소에서 절곡되고, 절곡되는 개소에는 상기 금속박 테이프가 절단하지 않는 최소 굽힘 반경보다도 큰 굽힘 반경의 굽힘 규제 부재가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는고속 차동 전송 케이블.
