Abstract

본 발명은 슬랩(10)의 상면에 복수의 방수시트(100)를 설치하고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)을 형성하는 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면이 맞대어져 접합부(a)를 형성하도록 설치하는 방수시트 설치단계; 다수의 관통공이 형성된 보강부재(200)를 접합부(a)의 상면에 설치하는 보강부재 설치단계; 보강부재(200)의 상면에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계;를 포함하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법을 제시함으로써, 복수의 방수시트를 사용하면서도, 그 사이 틈을 통한 누수 및 물고임 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 원활한 배수가 이루어지도록 한다.
위 방수시트(100)로서, TPO 개질 아스팔트를 부직포(110)에 도포하여 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100)를 형성하여 사용하는 경우, 접착제(도막방수재)가 완전히 양생되기 전이라도 방수시트를 부착하는 작업이 가능하므로, 시공기간 및 시공비용을 절감할 수 있고, 냉공법에 의해 방수시트를 부착하면 되므로, 화재의 위험을 방지할 수 있다는 효과가 추가된다.
접착제(300)로서는, (A) 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리에테르 올리고올을 반응시킨 우레탄 프리폴리머 70 내지 85 중량%, 및 아로마틱계 탄화수소 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 액 100 중량부; (B) 유화 아스팔트 87.5 내지 98.4 중량%, 뭉침방지제 겸 이산화탄소 스캐빈져(scavenger) 1 내지 10 중량%, pH조절제 겸 안정제 0.5 내지 2.0 중량%, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 제 2 액 60 내지 100 중량부; 및 (C) 시멘트, 석회 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는 3 성분계 도막방수재를 사용하는 경우, 방수시트(100)와 보강부재(200)의 결합을 견고히 하면서도, 방수시트(100) 사이의 간극을 밀실하게 메울 수 있다는 효과가 추가된다.

복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법{METHOD FOR WATERPROOF USING PLURAL WATERPROOF SHEET}
본 발명은 건설 분야에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 건물의 방수공법에 관한 것이다.
건물의 바닥면, 벽면, 천정면 등 면으로부터의 누수를 방지하기 위한 방수공법은 크게 방수시트를 부착하는 방식(시트방수)과, 방수재를 도포하여 도막을 형성하는 방식(도막방수)으로 대별할 수 있다.
시트방수의 경우 시트 상호의 조인트 부분에 누수가 발생한다는 문제가 있고, 도막방수의 경우 콘크리트의 균열 발생시 도막에도 함께 균열이 발생한다는 점, 소정 두께의 형성을 위해 과다한 시간과 비용이 소요된다는 점 등의 문제가 있다.
도 1은 종래의 시트방수구조를 도시한 단면도이다.
도시된 바와 같이, 슬랩(10)의 상면에 방수시트(1)가 설치되고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)이 형성된 구조를 취한다.
하나의 일체화된 구조의 방수시트(1)에 의해 슬랩(10)의 전 영역을 덮도록 설치하는 것이 가장 이상적이겠으나, 실제에 있어서 이는 불가능하므로, 도시된 바와 같이 복수의 방수시트(1)가 사용되며, 그 복수의 방수시트(1)의 일부 영역이 겹치도록 시공된다.
그런데, 이와 같이 겹침시공을 하더라도, 방수시트(1)의 사이에 형성되는 미세한 틈을 통해 수분이 침투하는 것을 완전히 방지할 수 없다는 점, 겹침부의 높이(D1)의 방수시트(1) 2개의 두께만큼 두껍게 형성되므로 물고임 현상이 발생한다는 점, 이로 인하여 원활한 배수가 이루어지기 어렵다는 점 등의 문제가 제기되어 왔다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 도출된 것으로서, 복수의 방수시트를 사용하면서도, 그 사이 틈을 통한 누수 및 물고임 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 원활한 배수가 이루어지도록 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 상술한 바와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 슬랩(10)의 상면에 복수의 방수시트(100)를 설치하고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)을 형성하는 방수공법에 있어서, 상기 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면이 맞대어져 접합부(a)를 형성하도록 설치하는 방수시트 설치단계; 다수의 관통공이 형성된 보강부재(200)를 상기 접합부(a)의 상면에 설치하는 보강부재 설치단계; 상기 보강부재(200)의 상면에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계;를 포함하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법을 제시한다.
상기 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면 사이에는 1 ~ 10 mm의 간격이 형성된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 보강부재(200)는 유리섬유 또는 합성수지 메쉬인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 방수시트(100)는 부직포(110); 상기 부직포(110)의 상면에 도포된 TPO 개질 아스팔트;를 포함하는 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100a)인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 부직포(110)는 장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포(110)인 것이 바람직하다.
상기 장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포(110)는 인장강도 8.2kgf/cm 이상, 신장률 30% 이상, 치수변화율 ±1.0% 이하를 만족하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 TPO 개질 아스팔트의 도포층(120) 상면에는 샌드(130) 또는 탈크(talc)가 도포된 것이 바람직하다.
상기 방수시트 설치단계 이전, 상기 슬랩(10)의 상면에 상기 복수의 방수시트(100)가 접착되도록, 상기 접착제(300)를 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 접착제(300)는 (A) 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리에테르 올리고올을 반응시킨 우레탄 프리폴리머 70 내지 85 중량%, 및 아로마틱계 탄화수소 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 액 100 중량부; (B) 유화 아스팔트 87.5 내지 98.4 중량%, 뭉침방지제 겸 이산화탄소 스캐빈져(scavenger) 1 내지 10 중량%, pH조절제 겸 안정제 0.5 내지 2.0 중량%, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 제 2 액 60 내지 100 중량부; 및 (C) 시멘트, 석회 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는 3 성분계 도막방수재인 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은 복수의 방수시트를 사용하면서도, 그 사이 틈을 통한 누수 및 물고임 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 원활한 배수가 이루어지도록 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법을 제시한다.
이하, 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 관하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 2 이하에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 기본적으로 슬랩(10)의 상면에 복수의 방수시트(100)를 설치하고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)을 형성하는 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면이 맞대어져 접합부(a)를 형성하도록 설치하는 방수시트 설치단계; 다수의 관통공이 형성된 보강부재(200)를 접합부(a)의 상면에 설치하는 보강부재 설치단계; 보강부재(200)의 상면에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계;를 포함하여 구성된다.
즉, 시트방수공법에 있어서 취약부분인 방수시트(100)와 방수시트(100)의 사이의 방수처리를 위하여, 종래와 같이 겹침 시공을 하지 않고, 이들의 상호 접합면이 맞대어지도록 설치한 후, 그 위에 보강부재(100)를 설치하고, 다시 그 위에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 접착제(300)는 보강부재(200)와 복수의 방수시트(100)를 결합시키는 역할과 함께, 보강부재(200)의 관통공을 관통하여 복수의 방수시트(100) 사이의 틈에 스며들어 이를 메우는 역할을 동시에 수행하는바, 방수시트(100) 사이의 틈을 통한 누수를 완벽하게 방지할 수 있다는 효과가 있다.
나아가, 시트의 겹침 구조를 취하지 않고, 얇은 보강부재(200)에 의해 간접적으로 방수시트(100)를 결합하는 구조를 취하므로, 추가되는 두께(D2 : 도 4)를 종래의 겹침 두께(D1 : 도 1)에 비해 현저히 얇게 할 수 있는바, 물고임 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 이로 인하여 원활한 배수가 가능하다는 효과가 추가된다.
방수시트(100)의 접합면이 완전히 편평하게 가공된 상태에서 시공에 제공되기는 어려울 것인바, 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면 사이에는 1 ~ 10 mm의 간격이 형성되도록 여유를 두고 시공하는 것이 바람직하다.
이렇게 하더라도 접착제(300)의 도포에 의해 그 간극이 충분히 충전될 수 있기 때문이다.
보강부재(200)는 얇고 강한 재질로서, 접착제(300)가 스며들기 위한 관통공이 다수 형성된 구조이면 어느 것이나 가능하며, 유리섬유 또는 합성수지 메쉬 등이 적합한 재료로 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명에 의한 방수공법에 사용되는 방수시트(100)로는, 부직포(110)의 상면에 TPO 개질 아스팔트가 도포된 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100a)를 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, TPO 개질 아스팔트는 TPO 합성수지에 의해 개질된 아스팔트를 의미한다.
TPO 합성수지는 중량 평균분자량이 1000~150000 정도로서, APAO(amorphous Poly--olefines), IPP & EPR polymer alloy, POEs(Polyolefin elastomers), RTPO(Reactor Thermoplastic Olefine) 중에서 선택된 하나의 물질과, Ethene, Propene, Butene, Octene 중에서 선택된 둘 이상의 물질의 공중합체 또는 삼량체로 형성된다.
본 출원인은 위 TPO 개질 아스팔트에 관하여 "아스팔트 조성물 및 제조방법"이라는 명칭으로 2004.02.27. 자로 출원하여, 등록(10-0609716)받은바 있다.
여기에는 TPO 개질 아스팔트의 제조방법으로서, 용융 스트레이트 아스팔트 40~50%와 TPO 합성수지 20~35%를 혼합하는 공정, 상기 혼합물을 170~200℃로 유지 하면서 약 1시간 30분 정도 교반하여 8㎛ 이하의 균일한 상전환이 되도록 하는 공정, 충전제 15~30% 및 안정제 0.1~0.4%를 약 170~190℃에서 정량 투입한 후 교반하는 공정, 상기 충전제 및 안정제를 균일하게 분산시킨 후 기포를 제거하여 약 155~180℃에서 작업하기 편한 점도를 얻는 공정에 의해 제조하는 방법이 개시되어 있다.
이러한 TPO 개질 아스팔트를 부직포(110)에 도포하여 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100)를 형성하여 사용하는 경우, 다음과 같은 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
첫째, 접착제(도막방수재)가 완전히 양생되기 전이라도 방수시트를 부착하는 작업이 가능하므로, 시공기간 및 시공비용을 절감할 수 있다.
둘째, 냉공법에 의해 방수시트를 부착하면 되므로, 화재의 위험을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 부직포(110)는 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 유리섬유 등의 재질에 의해 구현될 수 있는데, 장섬유 폴리에스터 재질에 의해 형성하는 것이 강도, 내구성 기타 물성 측면에서 가장 우수하다.
이러한 장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포(110)는 인장강도 8.2kgf/cm 이상, 신장률 30% 이상, 치수변화율 ±1.0% 이하(KS F 4917 품질기준)를 만족하도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
방수시공 중 기상 기타 현장 여건으로 인하여 공기가 늦어지는 경우, TPO 개질 아스팔트를 보호하기 위해서는, TPO 개질 아스팔트의 도포층(120) 상면에 샌드(130) 또는 탈크(talc)를 도포하는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 구조는 방수시트가 권취되어 보관되는 경우, 방수시트의 접촉면이 서로 달라붙는 현상을 방지하는 역할도 동시에 수행할 수 있다.
이와 같은 방수시트(100)를 슬랩(10)의 상면에 직접 부착하고, 그 위에 상기 시공을 수행할 수도 있으나, 위 접착제(300)와 동일한 재질의 접착제(300)를 먼저 슬랩(10)의 상면에 도포한 후, 그 위에 방수시트(100)를 시공하는 것이 안정적인 방수를 위하여 더욱 바람직하다.
본 발명에 의한 방수공법에 사용되는 위 접착제(300)는 방수시트(100)와 보강부재(200)의 결합을 견고히 하면서도, 방수시트(100) 사이의 간극을 밀실하게 메울 수 있는 재질을 사용하여야 한다.
그 하나의 예로서 본 출원인의 등록특허 제758382호에 개시된 도막방수재를 위 접착제(300)로 적용할 수 있다.
이는 3 성분계로 이루어지는데, (A) 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리에테르 올리고올을 반응시킨 우레탄 프리폴리머 70 내지 85 중량%, 및 아로마틱계 탄화수소 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 액 100 중량부; (B) 유화 아스팔트 87.5 내지 98.4 중량%, 뭉침방지제 겸 이산화탄소 스캐빈져(scavenger) 1 내지 10 중량%, pH조절제 겸 안정제 0.5 내지 2.0 중량%, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 제 2 액 60 내지 100 중량부; (C) 시멘트, 석회 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량부가 그것이다.
이상은 본 발명에 의해 구현될 수 있는 바람직한 실시예의 일부에 관하여 설명한 것에 불과하므로, 주지된 바와 같이 본 발명의 범위는 위의 실시예에 한정되 어 해석되어서는 안 될 것이며, 위에서 설명된 본 발명의 기술적 사상과 그 근본을 함께 하는 기술적 사상은 모두 본 발명의 범위에 포함된다고 할 것이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 슬랩(10)의 상면에 복수의 방수시트(100)를 설치하고, 그 상면에 마감층(20)을 형성하는 방수공법에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면이 맞대어져 접합부(a)를 형성하도록 설치하는 방수시트 설치단계;
    다수의 관통공이 형성된 보강부재(200)를 상기 접합부(a)의 상면에 설치하는 보강부재 설치단계;
    상기 보강부재(200)의 상면에 접착제(300)를 도포하는 접착제 도포단계;를
    포함하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 방수시트(100)의 상호 접합면 사이에는 1 ~ 10 mm의 간격이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 보강부재(200)는 유리섬유 또는 합성수지 메쉬인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 방수시트(100)는
    부직포(110);
    상기 부직포(110)의 상면에 도포된 TPO 개질 아스팔트;를
    포함하는 TPO 개질 아스팔트 방수시트(100a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 부직포(110)는
    장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포(110)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포(110)는
    인장강도 8.2kgf/cm 이상, 신장률 30% 이상, 치수변화율 ±1.0% 이하를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 TPO 개질 아스팔트의 도포층(120) 상면에는 샌드(130) 또는 탈크(talc)가 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 방수시트 설치단계 이전,
    상기 슬랩(10)의 상면에 상기 복수의 방수시트(100)가 접착되도록, 상기 접착제(300)를 도포하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 접착제(300)는
    (A) 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리에테르 올리고올을 반응시킨 우레탄 프리폴리머 70 내지 85 중량%, 및 아로마틱계 탄화수소 15 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 제 1 액 100 중량부;
    (B) 유화 아스팔트 87.5 내지 98.4 중량%, 뭉침방지제 겸 이산화탄소 스캐빈져(scavenger) 1 내지 10 중량%, pH조절제 겸 안정제 0.5 내지 2.0 중량%, 및 증점제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량%를 포함하는 제 2 액 60 내지 100 중량부; 및
    (C) 시멘트, 석회 또는 그 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는 3 성분계 도막방수재인 것을 특징으로 하는 복수의 방수시트를 이용한 방수공법.
