Claims (12)
- 하우징과;상기 하우징 내부에 축설되며 양단에 임펠러 및 터빈이 결합된 회전축, 상기 회전축으로부터 일정 간극을 갖고 떨어져 위치하는 원통부를 구비하며 상기 회전축에 결합하는 저널부, 및 상기 회전축에 결합하며 상기 회전축과 동축의 원판으로 이루어진 스러스트패드를 포함하는 회전체 어셈블리와;상기 하우징 내면에 구비되며 상기 저널부의 회전구동을 지지하는 저널베어링과;상기 스러스트패드를 축방향으로 지지하는 스러스트베어링을 포함하는무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전체 어셈블리의 회전축, 저널부 및 스러스트패드는 개별적으로 내열가공된 후 조립되는 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 회전체 어셈블리의 회전축, 저널부 및 스러스트 패드는 개별적으로 고체 윤활제 코팅과정, 연마과정 및 폴리싱 과정을 거치는 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스러스트패드에는 결합홀이 형성되고,상기 저널부의 임펠러측 단부에는 저널부결합돌기가 형성되며,상기 스러스트패드의 결합홀에 저널부결합돌기가 임펠러측으로 열박음 및 점용접되고,상기 스러스트패드의 결합홀에 터빈측으로 열박음 및 점용접되는 결합돌기를 갖는 결합부재를 더 포함하는무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저널베어링은 상기 회전축의 저널부가 회전하면 상기 회전체 어셈블리를 지지하기 위한 동압을 형성하는 공기포일베어링인 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스러스트베어링은 상기 스러스트패드가 회전하면 상기 회전체 어셈블리를 축방향으로 지지하기 위한 동압을 형성하는 공기포일베어링인 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 스러스트베어링은 원주 방향으로 일정간격 절개된 탑포일과 범프포일을 구비한 공기포일스러스트베어링인 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 저널부에 대응하는 하우징 외면을 냉매를 이용하여 냉각시키는 냉각기를 더 포함하는 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 하우징 외주면에는 다수개의 냉각핀이 구비되는 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,상기 냉각기는 인터쿨러와 연결되어 냉매가 하우징을 냉각한 후 상기 인터쿨러에서 냉각되어 다시 냉각기로 유입되어 순환하는 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 냉매는 냉각용 엔진오일인 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 냉매는 냉각수인 무급유 터보차저 어셈블리.
