Claims (13)
- 웨브재료(2)의 방향전환을 위한 롤러로서, 상기 롤러는 롤러(1)의 지지력(3) 측정을 위한 압력센서(10)에 작동가능하게 연결되는 판(7) 상에 지지되고, 상기 압력센서(10)는 적어도 하나의 센서요소(25)가 그 위에 제공되는 기부요소(20)를 갖고, 상기 센서요소(25)는 지지력(3)에 의해 탄성변형되는 적어도 하나의 판(40)을 갖는 롤러에 있어서,롤러(1)를 지지하는 판(7)은 상기 판이 고정판(9) 상에 지지되는 피벗 베어링(8)에 대해 피벗되도록 유지되고,압력센서(10)는 피벗되는 판(7)과 고정판(9) 사이에 제공되고,탄성변형 가능한 판(40)은 적어도 하나의 힘 픽업부(42)와 함께 설치되고,센서요소(25)에는 압력편(29)에 의해 하중이 가해지고,지지력(3)은 힘 방향으로부터 볼 때 탄성변형 가능한 판(40) 보다 동일한 하중에서 더 큰 스프링 운동을 갖는 적어도 하나의 스프링(32)을 통해 압력편(29) 내로 도입되고,압력편(29)은 센서요소(25) 상에 작용하는 힘을 제한하기 위해 센서요소 주위로 제공된 환형 차단부(35)에 대해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차단부(35)는 기부요소(20) 상에 느슨하게 안착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 차단부(35)는 높이 조정을 위해 하나 위에 다른 하나가 적층되는 복수의 부품(36)들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차단부(35)는 경화강으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 다른 스프링(39)이 차단부(35)와 평행하게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지력(3)은 힘 방향에서 봤을 때 탄성변형 가능한 판(40) 보다 동일한 하중에서 더 큰 스프링 운동을 갖는 적어도 하나의 스프링(32)을 통해 압력편(29) 내로 도입되고,적어도 하나의 스프링요소(43)가 힘 픽업부(42) 상에 작용하는 힘을 제한하기 위해 탄성변형 가능한 판(40)과 힘 픽업부(42) 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제6항에 있어서, 스프링요소(43)는 고무형 요소로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 스프링 요소(43)는 탄성변형 가능한 판(40)과 힘 픽업부(42)에 전체적으로 연결되는 막(43)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 힘 픽업부(42)는 적어도 하나의 스트레인게이지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력센서(10)는 작동 중에 웨브재료의 이동을 차단하는 적어도 하나의 리미트스위치(11)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제10항에 있어서, 리미트스위치(11)는 차단부(35)의 영역에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력센서(10)는 압력센서(10) 상의 하중을 감소시키는 적어도 하나의 트러스트 나사(12)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스프링(32)은 벨형상부(31) 상에 지지되고,벨형상부(31)와 기부요소(20) 사이에는 적어도 하나의 체결요소(45)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러.
