Abstract
該ばねは、圧力作用方向で見て、同一の負荷に際して、弾性変形可能なプレート(40)よりも大きなばね行程距離を有し、センサー要素に対する圧力作用の制限のために、環状のストッパー(35)を設けてあり、該ストッパーを加圧片(29)は環状のストッパー(35)を平面で押圧するようになっている。ストッパー(35)はセンサー要素(25)の回りに配置されている。

Claims (13)
- ウエブ(2)を転向するためのローラであって、該ローラ(1)は、プレート(7)に支えられており、該プレートは前記ローラ(1)の軸受力(3)の測定のために圧力センサー(10)に接続されており、該圧力センサーはベース部材(20)を有しており、該ベース部材に少なくとも1つのセンサー要素(25)を設けてあり、該センサー要素は、前記軸受力(3)によって弾性的に変形可能な少なくとも1つのプレート(40)を有している形式のものにおいて、前記ローラ(1)を支える前記プレート(7)は、旋回軸受(8)を中心として旋回可能に保持されており、前記旋回軸受は不動のプレート(9)に支持されおり、該不動のプレート(9)と前記旋回可能なプレート(7)との間に前記圧力センサー(10)を設けてあり、前記弾性変形可能なプレート(40)は、少なくとも1つの受圧部(42)を備えており、かつ前記センサー要素(25)は加圧片(29)によって負荷されるようになっており、前記軸受力(3)は少なくとも1つのばね(32)を介して前記加圧片(29)に伝達されるようになっており、前記ばね(32)は、圧力作用方向で見て、同一の負荷に際して、前記弾性変形可能なプレート(40)よりも大きなばね行程距離を有しており、前記センサー要素(25)に対する圧力作用の制限のために、前記加圧片(29)は環状のストッパー(35)を平面で押圧するようになっており、前記ストッパーは前記センサー要素(25)の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする、圧力センサーを備えたローラ。
- 前記ストッパー(35)は、ベース部材(20)上にルーズに載置されている請求項1に記載のローラ。
- 前記ストッパー(35)は、高さ調節のために互いに積み重ね可能な複数の部分(36)から成っている請求項1又は2に記載のローラ。
- 前記ストッパー(35)は硬化された鋼から成っている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記ストッパー(35)に対して並列に別の少なくとも1つのばね(39)を設けてある請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記軸受力(3)は少なくとも1つのばね(32)を介して前記加圧片(29)に伝達されるようになっており、前記ばね(32)は、力作用方向で見て、同一の負荷に際して、前記弾性変形可能なプレート(40)よりも大きなばね行程距離を有しており、前記受圧部(42)に対する力作用の制限のために、該受圧部と前記弾性変形可能なプレート(40)との間に少なくとも1つのばね部材(43)を設けてある請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記ばね部材(43)は、ゴム質の構成部分によって形成されている請求項6に記載のローラ。
- 前記ばね部材(43)は、ダイヤフラム(43)によって形成されており、該ダイヤフラムは前記弾性変形可能なプレート(40)及び前記受圧部(42)と面結合されている請求項6又は7に記載のローラ。
- 前記受圧部(42)は少なくとも1つのひずみゲージによって形成されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記圧力センサー(10)に対応して、ウエブ走行の停止のための少なくとも1つのリミットスイッチ(11)を配置してある請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記リミットスイッチ(11)は前記ストッパー(35)の領域に設けられている請求項10に記載のローラ。
- 前記圧力センサー(10)に対応して少なくとも1つの押圧ねじ(12)を配置してあり、該押圧ねじは前記圧力センサー(10)を負荷軽減するようになっている請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
- 前記ばね(32)は、鐘形ケーシング(31)に支えられており、該鐘形ケーシング(31)と前記ベース部材(20)との間に少なくとも1つの止め部材(45)を設けてある請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のローラ。
