- 산소주입부와 하부 발생관 덮개부와 외부 전극부와 전도체금속가루 충전부와 유전체와 오존발생공간부와 내부 전극부와 상부 발생관 덮개부와 오존 배출부와 상하부 방전방지턱과 벨로우즈와 방열팬으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 오존 발생장치
- 제1항에 있어서 상기 외부 전극부는 외부 전도체 전극부를 둘러싼 다수의 통풍구멍이 표면에 형성된 금속전도체 재질의 원통형 방어막이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 오존발생장치
