Claims (8)
- 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판끼리의 결합구조로서, 결합위치에서, 적층한 합속체를 모두 판두께방향으로 절단하여 외팔보 형상으로 잘라 떼어내어져 이루어지는 설편부를 설치하고, 그 설편부를, 상기 설편부 이외의 금속판 부분과의 연결부에서 면외방향으로 절곡되어 구성되고,상기 설편부와 본체부와의 연결부에 형성된 절곡선과 평행한 방향을 향하는, 상기 설편부의 폭의 최대폭보다 상기 절곡선의 길이가 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부의 적어도 상기 연결부측 부분은, 상기 절곡선으로부터 멀어짐에 따라서 서서히 설편부의 폭이 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부의 외형 윤곽에는, 예각의 부분이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부는, 연재 방향 도중에 절곡되고, 그 도중에서의 절곡부보다 선단 부분을, 설편부를 잘라내어 형성된 개구부분과 평행하게 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 하나의 결합위치에 있어서 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 설편부를 복수 설치하고, 그 복수의 설편부는, 상기 연결부로부터 선단부측으로의 연재방향이 서로 다르도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 설편부는 각각, 결합위치의 중앙부측에 연결부를 향하여 또한 상기 중앙부로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 상기 연재 방향이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부를 잘라내어 형성된 개구부분의 바깥가장자리를 포함하고 그 개구부분 바깥둘레의 기판부분을, 설편부가 절곡 방향과는 반대측의 면외방향으로 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판은, 대향하는 실린더 블록과 실린더 헤드와의 사이에 끼워지는 개스킷이며, 적어도 상기 설편부는, 상기 실린더 블록 혹은 실린더 헤드에 형성된 물구멍과 겹치는 위치에 형성되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합구조.
