Abstract
Description
다음으로, 청구항 9에 기재한 발명은, 청구항 1에 기재한 구성에 대해서, 상기 제1 절곡선(7)과 대략 평형하게 상기 제2 절곡선(11)을 절곡하여, 계단형상의 단차를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
다음으로, 청구항 10에 기재한 발명은, 청구항 1에 기재한 구성에 대해서, 상기 제2 절곡선(11)을 사이에 두고, 상기 제1 절곡선(7)의 반대측에 위치하는, 타발된 상기 설편부의 선단부(13)는, 타발되지 않은 상기 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판의 하면보다 하측에 위치하는 것이다.
다음으로, 청구항 11에 기재한 발명은, 결합 중심부를 사이에 두고, 대향하도록 배치되는 한쌍의 설편부를 구비하고, 상기 한쌍의 설편부는 각각, 청구항 1에 기재된 상기 설편부인 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판의 결합부로서, 상기 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판의 적층방향의 상면으로부터 하면에 외팔보 형상으로 타발함으로써 형성되는 설편부를 설치하고,상기 설편부는,상기 설편부와 상기 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판과의 연결부이며, 상기 설편부를 상기 적층방향의 하면측으로 절곡하기 위한 제1 절곡선(7)과,상기 제1 절곡선(7)과 평행한 제2 절곡선(11)을 갖고,상기 제2 절곡선(11)의 폭은, 상기 설편부의 폭의 최대치보다 작으며,상기 설편부의 타발 깊이는, 상기 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판의 총 판두께 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부는, 상기 제1 절곡선(7)으로부터 상기 제2 절곡선(11)을 거쳐 상기 설편부의 선단부(13)를 향함에 따라 서서히 설편부의 폭이 커지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부의 외형 윤곽에는, 예각의 부분이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부는, 선단부(13)를, 설편부를 잘라 떼어내어 형성된 개구(開口)부분과 평행하게 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 설편부를 복수 형성하고, 이 복수의 설편부는, 결합하는 중심인 결합 중심부를 중심으로 하여, 방사상으로 바깥지름방향으로 뻗도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설편부를 잘라내어 형성된 개구부분의 바깥가장자리를 포함하고 그 개구부분 바깥둘레의 기판부분을, 상기 설편부를 타발한 방향과는 반대측으로 돌출시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판은, 대향하는 실린더 블록과 실린더 헤드와의 사이에 끼워지는 개스킷이며, 적어도 상기 설편부는, 상기 실린더 블록 혹은 실린더 헤드에 형성된 물구멍과 겹치는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 절곡선(11)을 사이에 두고, 상기 제1 절곡선(7)의 반대측에 위치하는, 타발된 상기 설편부의 선단부(13)는, 타발되지 않은 상기 적층한 2매 이상의 금속판의 하면보다 하측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속판의 결합부.
