Claims (7)
- 송전계통에서 측정된 데이터로 계통 연계상태를 확인하는 연계상태확인부,상기 송전계통에서 측정된 데이터로 어드미턴스 행렬값을 산출하는 어드미턴스산출부,송전계통에서 측정된 데이터로 고조파의 측정위치를 산정하는 위치산정부,상기 연계상태확인부 및 상기 어드미턴스산출부로부터 전송받은 데이터로부터 기본 주파수 및 각 차수별 주파수를 산출하는 멀티주파수산출부,상기 위치산정부 및 상기 멀티주파수산출부로부터의 출력값으로부터 고조파의 상태를 추정하는 제1 고조파상태추정부, 및상기 제1 고조파상태추정부가 추정한 고조파의 상태로부터 고조파전압값 및 고조파전류값을 출력하는 출력부를 포함하는 고조파 상태 추정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고조파상태추정부는 데이터를 입력받는 입력부,상기 입력된 데이터에 전류 측정을 위한 측정행렬을 추가하여 전압 측정을 위한 측정행렬을 추가하는 추가부,상기 추가부로부터의 출력값으로부터 실측정 전압행렬을 선택하여 실제값 행렬로 변환하는 변환부,상기 실제값 행렬로부터 고조파 상태 추정의 가능여부를 판단하는 제1 제어부,상기 제1 제어부가 고조파 상태 추정이 불가능하다고 판단한 경우에 특이값분해을 이용한 방정식을 계산하여 측정 에러의 발생여부를 판단하는 제2 제어부, 및상기 제2 제어부가 측정 에러를 발견한 경우에 측정에러를 계산하는 에러계산부를 포함하는 고조파 상태 추정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 제어부가 고조파 상태 추정이 가능하다고 판단한 경우에는 일반 방정식을 계산하여 고조파전압 및 고조파전류를 측정하는 고조파 상태 추정 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 추정된 고조파의 상태에 면역 알고리즘 또는 유전 알고리즘을 더욱 적용하는 제2 고조파상태추정부를 더욱 포함하는 고조파 상태 추정 장치.
- 송전계통에서 측정된 데이터로 계통 연계상태 및 어드미턴스 행렬값을 산출하고, 상기 송전계통에서 측정된 데이터로 고조파전압 및 고조파전류의 측정위치를 산정하는 단계,상기 어드미턴스 행렬값 및 상기 측정위치 정보의 출력값으로부터 고조파의 상태를 추정하는 단계, 및상기 추정된 고조파의 상태로부터 최종적으로 고조파전압 및 고조파전류를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 고조파 상태 추정 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 고조파의 상태를 추정하는 단계에서 고조파의 상태 추정이 가능하지 않은 경우에 특이값 분해를 이용한 방정식을 계산하고 에러가 발생하는 경우에 측정에러를 계산하는 고조파 상태 추정 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 고조파의 상태를 추정하는 단계이후에 면역알고리즘 또는 유전알고리즘을 더욱 적용하는 단계를 더 포함하는 고조파 상태 추정방법.
