Claims (3)
- 제 1투명판과, 상기 제 1투명판과 마주하여 소정간격 이격되어 형성되는 제 2투명판, 상기 제 1 및 제 2투명판 사이에서 매트릭스 구조로 배치된 다수의 LED 및, 상기 제 1투명판의 양면 중 상기 제 2투명판에 마주하는 면에 상기 각 LED에 전원을 공급하기 위한 회로 패턴 면을 형성하는 투명 전극으로 이루어지는 투명 전광판과;상기 투명 전광판의 상기 각 LED의 밝기를 균일하게 제어하기 위한 보정 저항을 상기 각 LED 마다 대응하여 구비하고, 문자나 그래픽 등을 디스플레이하기 위한 제어 신호의 입력 단자와 상기 보정 저항 사이를 매트릭스 배선 구조로 연결시킨 제어 보드; 및,상기 투명 전광판의 투명 전극과 상기 제어 보드의 보정 저항을 연성회로기판으로 배선하여 연결하는 연결부;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투명 전광판은, 상기 제 1투명판과 제 2투명판이 유리이고, 상기 제 1투명판의 양면 중 상기 제 2투명판에 마주하는 면을 ITO(Indium-Tin Oxide) 또는 IZO(Indium-Zinc Oxide)로 코팅하여 상기 각 LED에 전원을 공급하기 위한 투명 전 극을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전광 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 투명 전광판은, 상기 투명 전극 중 공통 전극이 매트릭스 구조의 각 행 또는 열 단위로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전광 장치.
