Claims (7)
- 평스트립 형상의 코드에 전체적으로 꼬임을 형성하고,일부를 나선가공시켜 나선형부와 오프셋부를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 필라멘트 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 꼬임은 S꼬임 또는 Z꼬임인 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 필라멘트 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 꼬임과 나선형부에 의해 상기 코드의 길이방향으로 2~5%의 신율을 부여되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 필라멘트 코드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코드는 탄소강 또는 스테인레스강으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 필라멘트 코드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코드의 표면은 황동, 청동, 니켈, 또는 그 합금으로 도금처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 필라멘트 코드.
- 제1항의 단일 필라멘트 코드가 복수개 배치되는 벨트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 타이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 벨트에 S꼬임의 필라멘트 코드와 Z꼬임의 필라멘트 코드를 교대로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 래디얼 타이어.
