Description
Claims (4)
- 기판에 액정을 액적으로 하여 공급하는 액정 공급 장치로서,선단이 상기 기판의 판면에 대향하는 노즐을 포함하고, 상기 노즐의 선단으로부터 상기 액정의 액적이 토출되는 액정 공급 수단;상기 노즐을 사이에 두고 이격 대향하여 배치된 투광기와 수광기를 포함하고, 상기 투광기로부터 출사되는 검출광을 수광하는 상기 수광기의 수광량에 의해 상기 노즐로부터 상기 액적이 토출되었는지의 여부를 검출하는 광검출 수단; 및상기 기판의 판면과 상기 광검출 수단 사이에 배치되고, 상기 투광기로부터 출사된 검출광으로부터 생기는 확산광이 상기 기판의 판면에서 반사하여 상기 수광기에 입사하는 것을 저지하는 차광 부재를 포함하는 액정 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광 부재의 상기 광검출기 측을 향한 면은 조면 또는 광택을 없앤 면으로 형성되어 있는, 액정 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정 공급 수단과 일체로 고정되고 상기 광검출 수단의 투광기와 수광기가 장착되는 브래킷이 설치되어 있고,상기 차광 부재의 일단부는 상기 투광기와 함께 상기 브래킷에 대하여 나사로 고정되고, 타단부는 상기 수광기와 함께 상기 브래킷에 대하여 나사로 고정되는, 액정 공급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액정이 수용되고 또한 상기 기판에 대하여 상대적으로 X 방향, Y 방향 및 Z 방향으로 구동되는 탱크를 포함하고,상기 탱크의 하면에는 상기 액정 공급 수단 및 상기 액정 공급 수단을 사이에 두고 대향하는 한쌍의 장착부가 설치되어 있고, 한쪽 장착부에는 상기 투광기가 설치되고, 다른 쪽 장착부에는 상기 수광기가 설치되어 있는, 액정 공급 장치.
