Claims (29)
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 1개 이상의 층 A와 열가소성 전분을 함유하는 1개 이상의 층 B를 포함하는 특히 포장용 복층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층 A에 함유되어 있는 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르는 EN 13432에 의한 생분해성 열가소성 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르는 1종 이상의 폴리히드록시 카르복시산계 생체 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르는 폴리[히드록시알카노에이트] (PHA), 폴리[부틸렌 숙시네이트] (PBS) 등의 폴리[알킬렌 숙시네이트] (PAS), 폴리[에틸렌 테레프탈레이트] (PET) 등의 폴리[알킬렌 테레프탈레이트] (PAT), 지방족-방향족 코폴리에스테르 및 폴리[p-디옥사논] (PPDO)와 이들의 공중합체 및 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리[히드록시알카노에이트] (PHA)는 폴리[히드록시에 타노에이트] (예컨대, 폴리글리콜산, PGA), 폴리[히드록시프로파노에이트] (예컨대, 폴리락트산, 폴리락티드, PLA), 폴리[히드록시부타노에이트] (예컨대, 폴리히드록시 부티르산, PHB), 폴리[히드록시펜타노에이트] (예컨대, 폴리히드록시발레레이트, PHV) 및 폴리[히드록시헥사노에이트] (예컨대, 폴리카프로락톤, PCL)와 이들의 공중합체 및 혼합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 층 B는 적어도 일부가 수분 함량이 전분의 총조성물을 기준으로 하여 6 중량% 이하, 좋기로는 3 중량% 이하인 열가소성 가공 전분으로부터 출발하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 층 B는 열가소성 전분으로부터 제조된 필름이 DIN 53455에 의한 인장 강도는 2 내지 10 N/㎡, 특히 4 내지 8 N/㎡이고, DIN 53455에 의한 파단 신장률은 80 내지 200%, 특히 120 내지 180%라는 사실을 특징으로 하는 상기 열가소성 전분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 전분은, (a) 전분 및/또는 전분 유도체를 글리세린 및/또는 소르비톨 등의 가소제 15 중량% 이상과 혼합하는 공정과, (b) 열에너지 및/또는 기계적 에너지를 인가하는 공정과, (c) 상기 전분 또는 전분 유도체의 천연수 함량을 6 중량% 이하의 수분 함량으로 적어도 일부 제거하는 공정에 의하여 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 층 A는 열가소성 폴리에스테르를 주성분으로 하여 구성되고, 또는 층 B는 열가소성 전분을 주성분으로 하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 층 B는 열가소성 전분과 1종 이상의 추가의 열가소성 재료, 특히 열가소성 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 중합체 혼합물을 주성분으로 하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 열가소성 재료는 상기 중합체 혼합물 중에 그 중합체 혼합물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 80 중량%, 특히 5 내지 30 중량%의 양으로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 제10항 및 제11항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 추가의 열가소성 재료는 상기 중합체 혼합물 중에 상기 복층 필름의 재활용재의 형태로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 총두께가 100 내지 2000 ㎛, 특히 200 내지 800 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 각 층은 두께가 각각 10 내지 1000 ㎛, 특히 10 내지 700 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 다음의 층구조, 즉 층 A-층 B-층 A의 3층 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 층 A와 층 B 사이에 1개 이상의 연결층 H가 있는 경우, 특히 연결층 H는 블록 공중합체로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 다음의 층구조, 즉 층 A-층 H-층 B-층 H-층 A인 3층 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 DIN 53455에 의한 인장 강도가 10 내지 40 N/㎟, 특히 15 내지 30 N/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 23℃, 상대 습도 50% 및 필름 두께 400 ㎛의 조건하에서 ASTM F 1927-98에 의한 산소 투과성이 1 내지 50 ㎤/㎡ d, 특히 1.5 내지 20 ㎤/㎡ d인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 23℃, 상대 습도 75% 및 필름 두께 400 ㎛의 조건하에서 ASTM F 1249에 의한 수증기 투과성이 1 내지 100 ㎤/㎡ d, 특히 2 내지 10 ㎤/㎡ d인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 23℃, 상대 습도 50% 및 필름 두께 400 ㎛의 조건하에서 ASTM D 1434에 의한 이산화탄소 투과성이 0.5 내지 5 ㎤/㎡ d, 특히 1 내지 2.5 ㎤/㎡ d인 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 1개 이상의 층은 압출법, 특히 블로운 필름 압출법, 플랫 필름 압출법, 캐스트 필름 압출법 및/또는 블로우 성형법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름의 모든 층은 압출법, 특히 블로운 필름 압출법, 플랫 필름 압출법, 캐스트 필름 압출법 및/또는 블로우 성형법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 공압출법에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름.
- (a) 1종 이상의 열가소성 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 재료를 압출하여 필름을 형성시켜서 1개 이상의 층 A를 형성시키는 공정과,(b) 열가소성 가공 전분을 함유하는 재료를 압출하여 필름을 형성시켜서 1개 이상의 층 B를 형성시키는 공정과,(c) 상기 각 층의 면을 적어도 부분 결합시켜서 복층 필름을 형성시키는 공정을 특징으로 하는, 1개 이상의 층 A, 1개 이상의 층 B 및 필요시 추가의 층, 특히 필요시 1개 이상의 추가의 층 A를 포함하는, 전술한 항 중의 어느 하나의 항 기재의 복층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (a) 내지 (c)는, 특히 블로운 필름 압출법, 플랫 필름 압출법, 캐스트 필름 압출법 및/또는 블로우 성형법에 의하여 상기 공압출 공정으로 동시에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제25항 또는 제26항에 있어서, 상기 복층 필름은 목적하는 용도에 따라, 제조 후 목적하는 규격의 부분들로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 일정한 크기로 절단 중에 축적되는 절단 잔사는 적어도 일 부가 상기 공정 (b) 중의 층 B의 압출용 재료에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제24항 중의 어느 하나의 항 기재의 복층 필름으로 구성되는 식품용, 특히 신선한 육류, 제과품, 치즈, 신선한 과일 또는 야채류, 음료 및/또는 커피용 포장 소재.
