Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品包装膜,包括表层、中间层及底层,所述表层和底层均为PET层,所述PET层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PET 300‑400份、热塑性淀粉80‑120份、POE‑g‑MAH 1‑5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.1‑1份、环氧大豆油0.5‑1.5份、二氧化钛1‑5份、稳定剂0.2‑2份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯0.3‑3份。本发明所述一种食品包装膜,具有优异的综合性能,用于解决现有技术中由于包装膜厚度大旱致的模切口不平整以及在包装过程中加热速度过慢的问题;除此之外,本发明能够实现易剥离,避免包装膜在撕开的过程中分层。

一种食品包装膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜,尤其涉及一种食品包装膜。
背景技术
包装膜主要由几种不同的树脂混合挤出而成,具有抗穿刺,超强度高性能,对堆放在托板上的货物进行缠绕包装,使包装物更加稳固整洁,更超强防水作用。
包装膜采用收缩包装的优点是:1、适应于包装各种形状的商品,增加产品外观吸引力;2、薄膜能够紧贴商品,具有透明性,外形美观,清洁亮丽;3、包装好的商品具有卫生性、保洁性,密封包装,防尘阻湿;4、收缩包装具有良好的防震撞性、防冲击性、以及良好的保护性能;5、被包装的商品具有紧密性和固定性,小部件不会在包装中东倒西歪;6、热收缩膜也可用于代替各类纸盒,尤其是在不规则形体物品或商品的组合式(集束)包装方面,不但节约包装成本,而且符合包装潮流。
塑料包装及塑料包装产品在市场上所占的份额越来越大,特别是复合塑料软包装,已经广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,其中又以食品包装所占比例最大,比如饮料包装、速冻食品包装、蒸煮食品包装、快餐食品包装等,这些产品都给人们生活带来了极大的便利。
本发明提供了一种食品包装膜,综合性能优异。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种食品包装膜。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种食品包装膜,包括表层、中间层及底层,所述表层和底层均为PET层,所述PET层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PET 300-400份、热塑性淀粉80-120份、POE-g-MAH 1-5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.1-1份、环氧大豆油0.5-1.5份、二氧化钛1-5份、稳定剂0.2-2份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯0.3-3份。
优选地,所述的稳定剂为二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的稳定剂由二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡混合而成,所述二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯为季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯混合而成,所述季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述表层和底层的厚度为10-20μm,中间层的厚度为200-250μm。
优选地,所述中间层为铝箔层。
本发明所述一种食品包装膜,具有优异的综合性能,用于解决现有技术中由于包装膜厚度大旱致的模切口不平整以及在包装过程中加热速度过慢的问题;除此之外,本发明能够实现易剥离,避免包装膜在撕开的过程中分层。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,以下所述,仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做其他形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更为同等变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以下实施例所做的任何简单修改或等同变化,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例中各原料介绍:
PET,采用采用美国杜邦公司提供的牌号为PT 7086的PET。
POE-g-MAH,采用美国埃克森美孚公司提供的牌号为0203的POE-G-MAH。
甲基丙烯酸甲酯,CAS号:80-62-6,具体采用山东豪耀新材料有限公司提供的型号为HY的甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
环氧大豆油,CAS号:8013-07-8,具体采用山东豪耀新材料有限公司提供的工业级环氧大豆油。
二氧化钛,CAS号:1317-80-2,具体采用美国杜邦公司提供的型号为R-902+的金红石型二氧化钛。
热塑性淀粉,采用专利申请号:200710041319.9中实施例1的方法制备,其反应原料的重量份为:脂化淀粉80份,山梨糖醇20份、松香甘油脂3份、水25份,所述脂化淀粉水份的含量为13wt%。
马来酸酯辛基锡,CAS号:16091-18-2。
二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡,CAS号:25168-21-2。
二月桂酸二正辛基锡,CAS号:3648-18-8。
季戊四醇四正庚酸酯,CAS号:25811-35-2。
季戊四醇四月桂酸酯,CAS号:13057-50-6。
季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯,CAS号:13081-97-5。
铝箔层,采用天津市西青区顺佳明铝材加工厂提供的材质为1235的铝箔,厚度为200μm。
聚氨酯粘合剂,采用济南山星化工有限公司提供的型号为SX-06的聚氨酯粘合剂,固含量:75±2%,粘度:3000±500厘泊,溶剂:醋酸乙酯;使用时聚氨酯粘合剂的各组分按下述重量份进行配比:4份主剂、1份固化剂、7份醋酸乙酯。
实施例1
PET层原料(重量份):PET 350份、热塑性淀粉100份、POE-g-MAH3份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5份、环氧大豆油1份、二氧化钛3份、稳定剂0.9份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯1.2份。
所述的稳定剂由二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
制备上述食品包装膜的方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)将PET、热塑性淀粉、POE-g-MAH、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、环氧大豆油、二氧化钛、稳定剂、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯加入混合搅拌机中,以转速为500转/分,搅拌混合均匀10min,得到混合料;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合料进行挤压造粒,挤压方式为双螺杆挤压,挤压时温度为5个阶段:第一阶段温度为205℃,第二阶段温度为215℃,第三阶段温度为215℃,第四阶段温度为245℃,第五阶段温度为230℃,挤压后造粒,得到母粒;
(3)将造粒得到的母粒用吹膜机塑化后挤压,塑化后挤压时送料温度为110℃,压缩塑化温度为130℃,机头温度为185℃;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的材料进行牵引成为薄膜,吹胀比为1:4,牵引比为1:6;
(5)牵引后冷却至室温,得到PET层,厚度为15μm;
(6)将表层、中间层、底层从上到下依次叠放,其中表层和中间层之间、中间层和底层之间均涂覆有聚氨酯粘合剂,聚氨酯粘合剂涂覆量为10g/m2,得到复合层,所述表层和底层为步骤(5)的PET层,所述中间层为铝箔层;复合层通过上下双辊挤压方式复合加工,其中上下双辊挤压复合区的控制压力为100kN/m,再经70℃干燥5分钟。得到实施例1的食品包装膜。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的稳定剂由马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的食品包装膜。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的稳定剂由二月桂酸二正辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的食品包装膜。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的稳定剂由二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的食品包装膜。
实施例5
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的食品包装膜。
实施例6
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的食品包装膜。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅仅在于:所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的食品包装膜。
测试例1
对实施例1-7中步骤(2)制备得到的母粒的断裂伸长率进行测试,具体测试结果见表1。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡复配)断裂伸长率明显优于实施例2-4(二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡中任意二者复配);比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯复配)断裂伸长率明显优于实施例5-7(季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯中任意二者复配)。
测试例2
对实施例1-7的食品包装膜的抗菌性能进行测试,参照GB/T21510-2008检测,大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。具体测试结果见表2。

1.一种食品包装膜,包括表层、中间层及底层,其特征在于,所述表层和底层均为PET层,所述PET层由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PET 300-400份、热塑性淀粉80-120份、POE-g-MAH 1-5份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.1-1份、环氧大豆油0.5-1.5份、二氧化钛1-5份、稳定剂0.2-2份、脂肪酸季戊四醇酯0.3-3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂为二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡中一种或多种的混合物。
3.如权利要求2所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂由二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡混合而成,所述二月桂酸二正辛基锡、马来酸酯辛基锡、二(异辛基马来酸)二丁基锡的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯为季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯中一种或多种的混合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述的脂肪酸季戊四醇酯由季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯混合而成,所述季戊四醇二硬脂酸酯、季戊四醇四正庚酸酯、季戊四醇四月桂酸酯的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
6.如权利要求1或2或3或4中所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述表层和底层的厚度为10-20μm,中间层的厚度为200-250μm。
7.如权利要求1或2或3或4中所述的食品包装膜,其特征在于:所述中间层为铝箔层。
