一种环保抗皱收缩包装膜,涉及包装膜,其特征在于:所述包装膜的组分以及各组分的重量份是:热塑淀粉(TPS)100KG,LLDPE350KG,稳定剂1.9KG,脂肪酸季戊四醇酯2KG,甲基丙烯酸甲酯,丁二烯,苯乙烯共聚物3KG,二氧化硅0.01KG,甲基丙稀酸甲酯0.6KG,环氧大豆油1KG。本发明的有益效果:该工艺生产的产品无毒、高透明、表面光亮、耐冲击、抗撕裂、不燃烧、不吸潮、热封容易、牢固,特别适用于各种高速自动包装机械的要求。因此可广泛用于香烟行业、印刷行业、药品、音像制品及各种盒式物品的包装,起到防潮、防尘作用。

本发明涉及包装膜,具体是一种环保抗皱收缩包装膜。
背景技术:
目前在薄膜在使用过程中,为了达到产品外包装的不同效果,对薄膜的要求越来越高,特别是双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP),广泛的应用于烟草等外薄膜包装中,在长期自然环境下不能在薄膜表面产生褶皱,现有薄膜生产工艺中生产的薄膜,耐化学性差,容易和重颜色油墨特别是大红、绿色等起化学反应而起皱;收缩率小包装后表面不紧凑影响产品的外观;热封温度高影响其包装速度,阻隔性差。
发明内容:
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种热封型PVC抗皱收缩包装膜,解决BOPP及其它包装膜在包装后表面起皱的难题,包装效果非常理想。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种环保抗皱收缩包装膜,其特征在于:所述包装膜的组分以及各组分的重量份是:

所述的稳定剂为通用剂型,具体为马来酸辛基锡。
所述的LLDPE密度为0.9185g/cm3、拉伸强度为8.3Mpa、断裂拉伸率为500%、熔体流动速率为2g/10min。
本发明的有益效果:该工艺生产的产品无毒、高透明、表面光亮、耐冲击、抗撕裂、不燃烧、不吸潮、热封容易、牢固,特别适用于各种高速自动包装机械的要求。因此可广泛用于香烟行业、印刷行业、药品、食品、化妆品、日用品、文具用品、音像制品及各种盒式物品的包装,起到防潮、防尘作用。
