本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电效果明显并保持塑料特性的抗静电塑料包装袋。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗静电塑料包装袋,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:低压聚乙烯60-75份,碳酸钙粉10-15份,聚乙烯醇5-10份、聚乙二醇5-10份、硅烷偶联剂2-5份、硬脂酸钙1-3份、抗静电剂1-3份、增塑剂1-2份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的一种抗静电塑料包装袋,在材料中加入抗静电剂、硬脂酸等材料,并通过和其他材料的相互作用,使得塑料保持其特性之外具有抗静电性能,有利于抗静电塑料包装袋的推广与应用。

一种抗静电塑料包装袋,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:低压聚乙烯65份,碳酸钙粉15份,聚乙烯醇6份、聚乙二醇9份、硅烷偶联剂3份、硬脂酸钙2份、抗静电剂2份、增塑剂2份。
实施例二
一种抗静电塑料包装袋,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:低压聚乙烯70份,碳酸钙粉12份,聚乙烯醇7份、聚乙二醇7份、硅烷偶联剂4份、硬脂酸钙1份、抗静电剂3份、增塑剂1份。
实施例三
一种抗静电塑料包装袋,该包装袋以重量份计由下列组分组成:低压聚乙烯72份,碳酸钙粉10份,聚乙烯醇8份、聚乙二醇8份、硅烷偶联剂5份、硬脂酸钙3份、抗静电剂1份、增塑剂2份。
