本发明公开了一种防静电塑料配方,所述配方包括三碱式硫酸铅、三碱式亚磷酸铅、抗氧剂、石蜡、碳酸钙、聚乙烯、柠檬酸三丁酯和酯基硫醇锡;所述配方各组分重量份依次为:三碱式硫酸铅10-20份、三碱式亚磷酸铅15-30份、抗氧剂10-15份、石蜡5-10份、碳酸钙12-18份、聚乙烯30-40份、柠檬酸三丁酯18-25份和酯基硫醇锡20-30份。使用本配方制作出来的塑料所生产的塑料制品,能够有效避免摩擦静电的产生,在用作电子、危险品、电雷管等产品包装时更加的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料配方,特别是涉及一种防静电塑料配方。
背景技术
目前,塑料产品已经被越来越多的行业所使用,如包装材料、塑料管材等方面,然而对塑料包装来说,当被应用在电子、危险品、电雷管等产品包装的时候,塑料包装内的产生的摩擦静电是极其危险的。现在市面上能够生产出可以有效避免其制作出来的制品产生摩擦静电的防静电塑料配方还没有被发现,有待开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有塑料配方的不足之处,本发明提供了一种防静电塑料配方。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防静电塑料配方,所述配方包括三碱式硫酸铅、三碱式亚磷酸铅、抗氧剂、石蜡、碳酸钙、聚乙烯、柠檬酸三丁酯和酯基硫醇锡;所述配方各组分重量份依次为:三碱式硫酸铅10-20份、三碱式亚磷酸铅15-30份、抗氧剂10-15份、石蜡5-10份、碳酸钙12-18份、聚乙烯30-40份、柠檬酸三丁酯18-25份和酯基硫醇锡20-30份。
优选地,所述配方中各组分质量比为:三碱式硫酸铅10份、三碱式亚磷酸铅15份、抗氧剂10份、石蜡5份、碳酸钙12份、聚乙烯30份、柠檬酸三丁酯18份和酯基硫醇锡20份。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为二苯胺或对苯二胺。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:使用本配方制作出来的塑料所生产的塑料制品,能够有效避免摩擦静电的产生,在用作电子、危险品、电雷管等产品包装时更加的安全。

三碱式硫酸铅20份;
三碱式亚磷酸铅30份;
对苯二胺15份;
石蜡10份;
碳酸钙18份;
聚乙烯40份;
柠檬酸三丁酯25份;
酯基硫醇锡30份。

一种防静电塑料配方,所述配方包括:
三碱式硫酸铅15份;
三碱式亚磷酸铅20份;
对苯二胺13份;
石蜡8份;
碳酸钙16份;
聚乙烯35份;
柠檬酸三丁酯23份;
酯基硫醇锡25份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电塑料配方,其特征在于:所述配方中各组分质量比为:三碱式硫酸铅10份、三碱式亚磷酸铅15份、抗氧剂10份、石蜡5份、碳酸钙12份、聚乙烯30份、柠檬酸三丁酯18份和酯基硫醇锡20份。
