本发明涉及一种包装袋,尤其涉及一种抗静电包装袋。
背景技术
塑料是以合成或天然的高分子树脂为主要材料。添加各种助剂后,在一定的温度和压力下具有延展性,冷却后可以固定其形状的一类材料。塑料包装是包装业中四大材料之一:纸及纸板占30%,塑料占25%,金属占25%,玻璃占15%塑料包装袋是一种以塑料为原材料,用于生产生活中各种用品的包装袋,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中。对于电子、危险品、电雷管等产品而言,塑料包装产生的内外摩擦静电是极其危险的。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种抗静电包装袋。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抗静电包装袋,包括线性低密度聚乙烯、植物纤维、填充剂、二甲酸乙酯、抗静电剂、增塑剂和碳酸钙。
进一步的,其组分按重量份计分别为:
线性低密度聚乙烯 45-55份;
植物纤维 10-15份;
填充剂 1-3份;
二甲酸乙酯 6-8份;
抗静电剂 3-6份;
增塑剂 1-3份;
碳酸钙 10-15份。
进一步的,所述抗静电剂为聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯。
进一步的,所述填充剂为硅藻土。
进一步的,所述植物纤维为玉米秸秆纤维或竹秸秆纤维。

硅藻土 1份;
二甲酸乙酯 6份;
聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯 3份;
增塑剂 1份;
碳酸钙 10份。

一种抗静电包装袋,包括线性低密度聚乙烯、玉米秸秆纤维、硅藻土、二甲酸乙酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯、增塑剂和碳酸钙,其组分按重量份计分别为:
线性低密度聚乙烯 50份;
玉米秸秆纤维 13份;
硅藻土 2份;
二甲酸乙酯 7份;
聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯 5份;
增塑剂 2份;
碳酸钙 13份。
实施例3
一种抗静电包装袋,包括线性低密度聚乙烯、竹秸秆纤维、硅藻土、二甲酸乙酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯、增塑剂和碳酸钙,其组分按重量份计分别为:
线性低密度聚乙烯 55份;
竹秸秆纤维 15份;
硅藻土 3份;
二甲酸乙酯 8份;
聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯 6份;
增塑剂 3份;
碳酸钙 15份。
