本发明公开了一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,属于高分子材料领域。针对现有包装袋抗静电性能不强、稳定性不好、容易被划破或刺穿的问题,本发明公开了一种稳定性好,抗静电性能强,防刺穿的包装袋材料,包括袋体和内层,袋体和内层通过胶黏剂粘接,内层由以下重量份数的原料组成,天然橡胶30~60份,热塑性弹性体20~40份,丁苯橡胶10~20份,碳酸钙5~15份,氧化锌5~8份,白炭黑1~5份,乳化剂1~6份,非极性溶剂1~6份,季铵盐1~3份,金属盐1~3份,分散剂0.1~1份,稳定剂0.5~2份,本发明的包装袋内层材料的抗静电性强,高效持久,对人体安全,对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,更具体地说,涉及一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋。
背景技术
防静电包装袋是采用防静电物质制作的包装袋,也叫防静电屏蔽袋。具有自身“不起”静电和能屏蔽外界静电的特性,常用于包装对静电敏感且易被静电损坏的敏感器件,例如电子电路PCB板成品或半成品包装。
目前,抗静电高分子材料对周围环境超敏感,容易受到外部环境影响而造成失去抗静电的作用,另外,由于抗静电包装袋一般用于电子产品的包装,电子产品的电器元件容易划伤或刺穿包装袋,使其防静电作用失效。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种稳定性好,抗静电性能强,防刺穿的包装袋材料。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,包括袋体和内层,所述袋体通过胶黏剂与所述内层粘接,所述内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶30~60份,热塑性弹性体20~40份,丁苯橡胶10~20份,碳酸钙5~15份,氧化锌5~8份,白炭黑1~5份,乳化剂1~6份,非极性溶剂1~6份,季铵盐1~3份,金属盐1~3份,分散剂0.1~1份,稳定剂0.5~2份。
更进一步地,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
更进一步地,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁中的至少一种。
更进一步地,所述乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
更进一步地,所述非极性溶剂为醋酸乙酯、液体石蜡或肉豆蔻酸异丙酯中的一种。
更进一步地,所述季铵盐选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚氮杂环季铵盐、聚季铵盐中的一种或一种以上。
更进一步地,所述金属盐为氯化铁或四氯化锡。
更进一步地,所述包装袋由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯60~75份,碳酸钙粉10~15份,聚乙烯醇5~10份,聚乙二醇5~10份,硅烷偶联剂2~5份,硬脂酸钙1~3份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯1~3份,增塑剂1~2份。
更进一步地,所述胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯1~5份,白金触媒乳液0.05~0.1份,酒精0.5~1份。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的包装袋内层材料的抗静电性强,不受周围环境的影响而改变其抗静电性能,持久性强,同时保持较好的拉伸强度,具有较佳的耐热性;由于该材料具有较好的拉伸强度,所以该材料用作包装袋内层材料时,可以防止袋内的尖锐物品刺穿或划伤袋体,有效增加了整个袋体的使用寿命,保证了袋内物品的安全;
(2)本发明所采用的抗静电剂高效持久,与弹性体、橡胶以及其他添加剂均有良好的相容性,不影响各自的物理化学性能;
(3)本发明的包装袋所采用的材料组份不含有重金属等有害的VOC物质,对人体安全,对环境无污染。

本实施例1的一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶30份,热塑性弹性体40份,丁苯橡胶15份,碳酸钙10份,氧化锌5份,白炭黑5份,十二烷基磺酸钠6份,醋酸乙酯2份,十二烷基三甲基氯化铵3份,氯化铁1份,三聚磷酸钠0.6份,硬脂酸锌0.5份;
袋体由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯60份,碳酸钙粉15份,聚乙烯醇8份,聚乙二醇5份,硅烷偶联剂2份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯1份,增塑剂1份;
袋体和内层之间的胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯2份,白金触媒乳液0.05份,酒精0.5份。
实施例2
本实施例1的一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶60份,热塑性弹性体20份,丁苯橡胶20份,碳酸钙5份,氧化锌8份,白炭黑3份,海藻酸丙二醇酯1份,液体石蜡1份,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1份,氯化铁3份,三聚磷酸钠0.1份,硬脂酸钙2份;
袋体由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯75份,碳酸钙粉10份,聚乙烯醇5份,聚乙二醇10份,硅烷偶联剂3份,硬脂酸钙2份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯2份,增塑剂2份;
袋体和内层之间的胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯3份,白金触媒乳液0.1份,酒精1份。
实施例3
本实施例1的一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶40份,热塑性弹性体35份,丁苯橡胶10份,碳酸钙12份,氧化锌5份,白炭黑1份,聚乙烯醇2份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯6份,聚氮杂环季铵盐2份,四氯化锡1份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,硬脂酸锌镁1份;
袋体由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯70份,碳酸钙粉15份,聚乙烯醇10份,聚乙二醇10份,硅烷偶联剂4份,硬脂酸钙1份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯3份,增塑剂1.5份;
袋体和内层之间的胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯1份,白金触媒乳液0.06份,酒精0.9份。
实施例4
本实施例1的一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶50份,热塑性弹性体25份,丁苯橡胶18份,碳酸钙15份,氧化锌6份,白炭黑2份,十二烷基磺酸钠4份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份,聚季铵盐1份,四氯化锡2份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.5份,硬脂酸锌2份;
袋体由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯65份,碳酸钙粉11份,聚乙烯醇7份,聚乙二醇9份,硅烷偶联剂5份,硬脂酸钙3份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯1份,增塑剂1份;
袋体和内层之间的胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯5份,白金触媒乳液0.08份,酒精0.8份。
本发明所述的聚酯乳液、白金触媒乳液、甲苯、酒精等都为化工领域的常见原料,皆可在市场上购得,其他未明确指明牌号的物质均选用本领域常用牌号。

1.一种抗静电防刺穿包装袋,包括袋体和内层,所述袋体通过胶黏剂与所述内层粘接,其特征在于,所述内层由以下重量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶30~60份,热塑性弹性体20~40份,丁苯橡胶10~20份,碳酸钙5~15份,氧化锌5~8份,白炭黑1~5份,乳化剂1~6份,非极性溶剂1~6份,季铵盐1~3份,金属盐1~3份,分散剂0.1~1份,稳定剂0.5~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3任一项所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基磺酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚乙烯醇中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述非极性溶剂为醋酸乙酯、液体石蜡或肉豆蔻酸异丙酯中的一种。
6.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述季铵盐选自十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、聚氮杂环季铵盐、聚季铵盐、双季铵盐中的一种或一种以上。
7.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述金属盐为氯化铁或四氯化锡。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3、5、6或7任一项所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述包装袋由以下重量份数的原料组成:低压聚乙烯60~75份,碳酸钙粉10~15份,聚乙烯醇5~10份,聚乙二醇5~10份,硅烷偶联剂2~5份,硬脂酸钙1~3份,聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯1~3份,增塑剂1~2份。
9.根据权利要求1、2、3、5、6或7任一项所述的抗静电防刺穿包装袋,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯乳液10份,甲苯1~5份,白金触媒乳液0.05~0.1份,酒精0.5~1份。
