Claims (12)

  1. 정전기감응제품을 수용하는 패키지, 백, 엔비로우프(envelope)등을 구성하는데 적합한 연질의 시트재에 있어서, 내외의 주표면을 가진 상기 시트재가 대전방지폴리머층에 결합한 금속층을 구성하며, 상기 금속층은 상기 패키지, 백, 엔비로우프등의 내측면을 구성하고, 상기 외측면은 40-60% 상대습도와 약 실온의 대기상태에서 약108ohms/평방 미만의 높은 부전도성 표면저항율을 제공하여 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지층의 결합으로 그 외측면에 1000볼트 직류를 방전하는 용량성프로브테스트에 의해 측정할 때 정전기 감응제품의 정전기보호를 제공 하여, 정전기감응제품의 정전기결합을 그 전압에서 방지시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 연질의 시트재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지층이 결합되는 상기 금속층측면에는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트등의 폴리머 절연층이 있으며, 상기 폴리머절연층을 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지층사이에 설정시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 시트재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속층의 외측면에는 제2폴리머 대전방지제층이 있어 상기 금속층이 두개의 대전방지제층 사이에 간삽시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 시트재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제층은 카르복실산 코폴리머와 제4급아민의 필름을 구성하며 상기 필름은 영구 대전방지 특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 시트재.
  5. 패키징, 백, 엔비로우프등을 구성하는데 적합하며 내외의 주표면을 가진 연질의 시트재로 정전기 감응제품을 패키징하는데있어 그 감응제품을 정전기 전압으로 부터 보호하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 시트제는 폴리머대전방지재층에 결합한 금속층을 가지며, 상기 폴리머대전방지재층은 그 패키징, 백, 엔비로우프등의 내측면을 구성하고 상기 외측면은 약 실온과 40~60% 상대습도의 대기상태에서 약 108ohms/평방 미만의 높은 비전도성 표면저항율을 제공하여, 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지제층의 결합으로 외측면에 1000볼트 직류를 방전하는 용량성프로브테스트에 의해 측정할 때 정전기 감응제품의 정전기보호를 하여 그 정전기감응제품의 정전기결합을 그 전압으로부터 방지함을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제층에 결합한 금속층측면에는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈렘이트등의 폴리머절연층이 있어 이 폴리머절연층은 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지제층 사이에 설정시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 금속층의 외측면에는 제2폴리머 대전방지제층이 있어 그 금속층은 두 대전방지제층 사이에 간삽시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제층은 카르복실산코폴리머와 제4급아민의 필름으로 구성되고, 상기 필름은 영구대전방지특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  9. 정전하로부터 보호를 받은 패키징을 한 정전기감응제품에 있어서, 정전기감응제품을 수용하는 데 쓰이는 패키징, 백, 엔비로우프등에 적합한 연질의 시트재와 일치시킨 정전기감응제품을 구성하며, 내외의 주표면을 가진 상기 시트재는 폴리머대전방지제층에 접착한 금속층을 가지며 그 대전방지제층은 상기 패키징, 백, 엔비로우프등의 내측면을 구성하며, 상기 외측면은 약 실온과 40~60%의 상대습도의 대기상태에서 약 108ohms/평방 미만의 높은 부전도성표면저항율을 제공하여 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지제층의 결합으로 그 외측면에 1000볼트 직류를 방전하는 용량성 프로브테스트에 의해 측정될 때 정전기감응제품의 정전기보호를 하며, 그 정전기감응제품의 정전하결합을 그 전압으로 부터 방지함을 특징으로 하는 상기 제품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제층에 접착시킨 금속층면에는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트등 폴리머 절연층이 있으며, 이 절연층은 상기 금속층과 상기 대전방지제층 사이에 설정시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기제품.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 금속층의 외층면에는 제2폴리머대전방지층이 있어 그 금속층은 두 폴리머대전 방지제층 사이에 간삽시킴을 특징으로하는 상기 제품.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머대전방지제층은 카르복실산 코폴리머와 제4급아민의 필름으로 구성하며, 상기 필름은 영구대전특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 제품.
