Description
Claims (10)
- 표면에 탄소를 피복한 리튬티탄산화물 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전자전도도가 1.0 ×10-3 S/cm 이상인 리튬티탄산화물 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 표면에 피복된 탄소는 비정질 탄소 또는 일부 흑연화된 탄소인 것이 특징인 리튬티탄산화물 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 0.8≤x≤1.4, 1.6≤y≤2.2의 조성을 갖는 LixTiyO4로 표현되는 리튬티탄산화물 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1nm ~ 500nm 두께의 탄소층이 균일하게 피복되고, 0.1㎛ ~ 100㎛ 범위의 평균입경을 갖는 리튬티탄산화물 입자.
- a)탄소 전구체를 습식 또는 건식으로 리튬티탄산화물 입자와 분산하여 혼합시키는 단계; 및b)분산된 탄소 전구체와 리튬티탄산화물의 혼합물을 불활성 분위기에서 열처 리하는 단계;를 포함하여 표면에 탄소 피복된 리튬티탄산화물 입자를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 탄소 전구체는 수크로스, 수용성 고분자, 핏치, 레진, 유기산, 및 셀룰로오스 계로 구성된 군에서 선택된 물질인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 열처리 온도는 600℃ ~ 900℃ 범위인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 리튬티탄산화물 입자를 포함하는 전극.
- 제 9항에 기재된 전극을 구비한 이차 전지.
