Claims (4)
- 노 바닥을 탑재하고 있는 노 바닥 대차가 각각 주행 장치를 구비한 복수의 노 바닥 대차로 이루어지고, 서로 이웃하는 상기 노 바닥 대차의 결합을 볼트·너트를 스페이서를 사이에 두고서 수평면 상에서 일렬로 간격을 두고 결합하는 구조로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전노상로의 노 바닥 대차 결합 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스페이서의 길이를 아래 식으로 도출되는 길이로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전노상로의 노 바닥 대차 결합 구조.δ≥0.5×α×△T×W×l/Lα: 대차 프레임 주재료의 선 팽창 계수△T: 조업시에 있어서의 대차 프레임의 윗면과 아랫면과의 온도 차이W: 대차의 길이l: 대차 윗면으로부터 스페이서(결합 볼트) 설치용 구멍까지의 거리L: 대차 프레임의 높이
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 노 바닥 대차의 이동용 차륜은 당해 노 바닥 대차의 하부에 설치되고 있고, 각 노 바닥 대차에 있어서 외주 노벽 측에 2개, 내주 노벽 측에 1개 또는 그 반대에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전노상로의 노 바닥 대차 결합 구조.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 노 바닥의 내화물 축조 바닥과 노 바닥 대차를 별개로 설치하고 서로 변위 가능하게 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전노상로의 노 바닥 대차 결합 구조.
