l : 台車上面からスペーサー(結合ボルト)取り付け用孔までの距離
L : 台車フレームの高さ
り、各炉床台車において外周炉壁側に2個、内周炉壁側に1個またはこの逆に配置されていることが好ましい。
δ≧0.5×α×ΔT×W×l/L
で求めれば、熱変形による隣り合う台車どうしの接触を防ぐことができる適正なスペーサー長さδを簡便に求めることができる。
δ≧l×tanθ ……(1)
lは、台車上面からスペーサー(結合ボルト)取り付け用孔までの距離である。
一方、前記と同じ状態時の、両台車端部における下部の隙間は、
W′−W=L×tanθ ……(2)
Lは、台車フレームの高さである。また、同様に
α×ΔT×W=L×tanθ ……(3)
ここで、αは台車フレーム主材料の線膨張係数であり、ΔTは操業時における台車フレームの上面と下面との温度差である。前記(3)式と前記(1)式とから、

が得られる。
δ≧0.5×α×ΔT×W×l/L ……(5)
また、その上限については、両台車間上に載置する耐火物等の落下防止の点から50mmとすればよい。

Claims (4)
- 炉床を載置している炉床台車がそれぞれ走行装置を有する複数の炉床台車からなり、隣り合う前記炉床台車を、ボルト・ナットでスペーサーを介して水平面上で1列に間隔をおいて結合する構造としたことを特徴とする回転炉床炉。
- 前記スペーサーの長さδを下記式で導き出す長さとしたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転炉床炉。

α : 台車フレーム主材料の線膨張係数
ΔT: 操業時における台車フレームの上面と下面との温度差
W : 台車の長さ
l : 台車上面からスペーサー(結合ボルト)取り付け用孔までの距離
L : 台車フレームの高さ - 前記炉床台車の移動用車輪は、当該炉床台車の下部に設けられており、各炉床台車において外周炉壁側に2個、内周炉壁側に1個またはこの逆に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の回転炉床炉。
- 炉床の耐火物築造床と炉床台車とを別個に設け、互いに変位可能に結合したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の回転炉床炉。
