Claims (4)
- 조성식(1)A1- xLxAlaSibOcNd(식에서, A는 적어도 Ca를 포함하고,Ba, Sr, Mg, 혹은 Zn 중 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하고 있어도 되는 원소를 나타내고, L은 Eu, Pr, Yb, Tm, Tb, 혹은 Sm 중 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 나타내고, x는 0.005<x<0.20, a는 1.0≤a≤4.0, b는 0.5≤b≤2, c는 0<c≤5, d는 0≤d≤6을 충족시키는 수치를 나타낸다)로 표현되고, 여기광에 의해 여기되어 녹색계의 형광을 발광하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여기광이 자외선 또는 청색광인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 형광체의 제조 방법이며, 조성식(1)을 구성하는 원소를 포함하는 화합물을, 양압 하에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 형광체를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 장치.
