Claims (7)
- 잔류(殘溜)가스를 검지하는 센서부를 구비하여 이루어지는 센서유니트와,상기 센서부를 제어하기 위한 조작을 받아들이는 조작부, 상기 센서부의 출력에 근거하여 잔류가스의 분석처리를 실시하는 잔류가스 분석처리부 및 잔류가스 분석처리부에서의 분석처리결과를 화면표시하는 분석처리결과 화면표시부를 구비함과 동시에, 상기 센서유니트를 장착시킨 장착상태 또는 이탈시킨 이탈상태를 취하는 장치본체를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,1개의 장치본체에 대해서, 복수의 센서유니트 중 하나의 센서유니트를 장착하고, 다른 센서유니트를 상기 1개의 장치본체로부터 이탈시킨 상태로 상기 1개의 장치본체 또는 상기 하나의 센서유니트에 대해서 시리얼(serial) 또는 패러렐(parallel) 접속이 되도록 유선접속 또는 무선접속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 센서부가 기체분자를 이온화하기 위한 이온원(ion source)과, 이 이온원으로부터 얻어지는 이온빔을 이온의 전하(電荷) 대 질량비에 따라 분리하는 사중극부(四重極部)와, 이 사중극부에서 분리한 이온빔을 포착하여 이온전류로서 검출 하는 패러데이컵(Faraday cup) 검출부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 센서유니트가 상기 패러데이컵 검출부에서 검출한 이온전류를 전압치를 나타내는 디지털 전압신호로 변환하는 스펙트라 컨버터(spectra converter)부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 조작부가 상기 장치본체에 설치한 조작버튼인 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 조작부가 상기 장치본체로부터 착탈가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 1개의 장치본체 및 복수의 센서유니트가 전력공급 가능한 허브에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 잔류가스 분석계.
