Claims (4)
- 샤프트 간에, 특히 하나 또는 2개의 플레이트 팩(5)을 구비하여 상호 간에 오프셋 되어 있는 축을 구비하는 샤프트 간에 토크를 전달하기 위한 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링, 특히 완전 강 샤프트 커플링으로서,상기 플레이트 팩은 플랜지 슬리브(6)에 안착되고, 이 플랜지 슬리브에서 링(4)에 의해 상기 플랜지 슬리브(6)의 단부측 플랜지(6b) 쪽에 고정되며, 또한 상기 플레이트 팩은 너트(2)를 구비하여 상기 플랜지 슬리브(6)를 통과하여 연장되는 나사 볼트(7)에 의해 서로 마주보는 슬리브들(8) 또는 제2 허브들(9)과 원주방향에서 교대로 고정되는 상기 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링에 있어서,상기 플랜지 슬리브(14)는 공지된 플랜지 슬리브에 비해 축방향으로 단축되며, 그리고마찰을 통해 전달할 수 있는 토크 성분을 증가시키기 위해, 상기 플랜지 슬리브는 허브(1)의 평면으로 향하는 자체 전환 영역에서 모따기 형태로 라운딩 처리되고, 또한 코팅된 반경 기하구조(6e)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반경 기하구조(6e)의 표면 거친 가공 처리부는 분사가공 또는 코팅에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지 슬리브는 고강도의 조질강으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단축된 플랜지 치수 L2(13) 대 외경 D(16)의 비율은 적어도 1:50 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 비틀림 강성의 가요성 샤프트 커플링.
