Claims (8)
- 배기가스 처리장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,무기 섬유 시트(14)의 내측 또는 외측에 식별 마크를 인쇄하는 단계;무기 섬유 시트(14)를 절단하여 무기 섬유 유지 밀봉재(14a)를 획득하는 단계; 및배기가스 처리체(21)를 유지하기 위해 배기가스 처리체(21) 주위에 시트 형상의 무기 섬유 유지 밀봉재를 감싸서 배기가스의 누출을 방지하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유 시트(14)에는, 제품명, 제품번호, 제조 일련번호, 기초 중량, 제품 종류, 중량, 제품 크기 및 차량 타입 정보 중의 어느 하나인 식별 정보가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유 시트(14)로부터 복수개의 유지 밀봉재를 절단하는 단계; 및상기 유지 밀봉재가 상기 무기 섬유 시트로부터 절단되기 이전에 프린터(13)에 의해 상기 식별 정보를 각각의 유지 밀봉재 상에 인쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 프린터는 액체를 방출하기 위한 액체 방출 헤드(13a)를 포함하는 비접촉식 인쇄 장치, 이송 롤러 장치 및 평평한 플레이트 타입의 압력 이송 장치로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유지 밀봉재는 유기 바인더 및 무기 바인더 중 적어도 어느 하나가 주입된 무기 섬유 매트로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 유지 밀봉재에 주입된 상기 유기 바인더의 양은 유지 밀봉재의 질량에 대하여 1~10 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 섬유는 6㎛ 이상의 평균 섬유 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유지 밀봉재는 알루미나 실리카 섬유 매트로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 처리장치의 제조방법.
