Claims (4)
- 금형 캐비티 내로 공급된 용탕을 고압으로 가압 단조 성형하는 것에 있어서,상하 고정판(10)(11) 사이로 내측에 상하 금형(25)(26)이 각각 고정 설치된 상하 작동플레이트(20)(21)를 상,하부 가압실린더(30)(31)에 의해 상하로 가압 작동하며 성형하되, 상기 상부 가압실린더(30)는 상부 작동플레이트의 가이드봉(41)상에 장착된 센서감지부(42)가 센서(S1)(S2)(S3)의 감지 작동에 따라 일정 구간 고속 및 저속 가압 작동을 이루고, 상기 하부 가압실린더(31)는 하부 작동플레이트의 가이드봉(51)에 장착된 센서감지부(52)가 센서(S6)(S7)의 감지 작동에 따라 일정 구간 고속 가압 작동을 이루도록 구성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕 단조 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 작동플레이트(20)의 상부에는 작동플레이트가 상부 고정판(10)에서 하강 이격되는 거리에 비례하는 길이를 갖는 스토퍼(43)를 설치하고, 상기 상부 고정판(10) 하부에는 작동플레이트(20)가 상하로 이동작동할 수 있도록 스토퍼(43)가 안내되는 안내공(46)을 갖는 셔터(45)를 설치하되, 상기 셔터(45)는 작동실린더(47)에 의해 전후 이동 작동하면서 스토퍼를 안내 또는 지지 작동하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕 단조 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼(43)는 상부에 별도의 조절 너트바(44)를 나합 조절가능케 결합하여 금형의 크기에 따라 작동플레이트(20)가 상부 고정판(10)에서 하강 이격되는 거리에 비례하는 길이로 높낮이를 조절하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕 단조 성형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하부 작동플레이트(21)의 상부 중앙에 보조 가압실린더(55)를 구비하여 상기 가압실린더의 가압단(56)이 하금형(26) 하부의 게이트(26')를 하부에서 가압하되, 금형내 과다 공급된 용탕에 따라 가압 정도를 자동 보정하도록 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 용탕 단조 성형장치.
