Claims (8)
- 내부가 블랙박스인 광학 케이스와, 이 광학 케이스 내에 기체를 유입시켜 연기 검지부를 구성하는 공기 통로와, 상기 광학 케이스 내에 배치하여 설치한 발광 소자와, 이 발광 소자로부터 발광한 광이 상기 연기 검지부에 존재하는 연기 입자에 의해 생기는 산란광을 수광하는 수광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자에게 대향 배치되어 미광을 감쇠시키는 광 트랩과, 상기 발광 소자로부터 발광한 광을 상기 광 트랩의 근방에 집광시키는 집광 렌즈와, 상기 수광 소자의 출력 신호를 증폭하는 수광 증폭 회로와, 증폭된 상기 출력 신호를 A/D(Analog/Digital) 변환한 검출 레벨이 역치 이상에서 화재로 판별하는 화재 판단부를 구비한 연기 감지기에 있어서,상기 광 트랩은, 상기 미광을 여러 차례 반사시켜 감쇠시키는 곡면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광 트랩은, 곡면부를 가지는 대략 원추 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광 트랩은, 광축 상을 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 발광 소자와, 이 발광 소자와 소정의 광축 각도를 가지고, 연기 검지부의 연기 입자에 의한 발광 소자의 산란광을 수광하는 수광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자에게 대향시켜 미광을 감쇠시키는 광 트랩이 블랙박스 내에 설치된 광학 케이스와, 이 광학 케이스의 상기 연기 검지부를 횡단하는 샘플링용의 공기 통로를 구비한 연기 감지기에 있어서,상기 광학 케이스의 연기 검지부에 있어서의 내벽면 중 상기 수광 소자의 시야 범위내의 부분은 평활면에 형성되고, 상기 시야 범위외의 부분은 요철면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연기 검지부는, 상기 발광 소자의 광을 규제하는 개구에 의해 칸막이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 발광 소자의 광이 개구를 통과할 때에 회절광이 발생하고, 이 회절광이 상기 평활면에 충돌하여 수광부의 시야 범위외로 반사되고, 이 반사된 광은 상기 요철면에 충돌하여 감쇠되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 내부가 블랙박스인 광학 케이스와,이 광학 케이스 내에 검지 대상으로 되는 기체를 유입시켜 연기 검지부를 구 성하는 제1의 공기 통로와,상기 제1의 공기 통로의 주연부에 청정 기체를 유통시키기 위한 제2의 공기 통로와, 상기 광학 케이스 내에 배치하여 설치한 발광 소자와, 이 발광 소자로부터 발광한 광이 상기 연기 검지부에 존재하는 연기 입자에 의해 생기는 산란광을 수광하는 수광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자에게 대향 배치되어 미광을 감쇠시키는 광 트랩과, 상기 수광 소자의 출력 신호를 증폭하는 수광 증폭 회로와, 증폭된 상기 출력 신호를 A/D(Analog/Digital) 변환한 검출 레벨이 역치(threshold value) 이상에서 화재로 판별하는 화재 판단부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 화재 판단부는, 상기 연기 검지부의 연기 농도 상승 또는 오염을 검출하였을 때, 상기 제1의 공기 통로 또는 상기 제 2의 공기 통로의 기체 공급량을 조정하는 제어 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연기 감지기.
